Está bien localizado en la zona de Las Canteras. Tiene comercios y restaurantes alrededor. Una de las puertas del portal va a dar al paseo marítimo. Las camas y almohadas son cómodas.
Quitando la ventana del salón, que da a la calle, el resto de ventanas dan a patios interiores sin apenas iluminación. Si tienes pensado utilizar la vitrocerámica, mencionar que es de inducción y la mayor parte de cazos y cazuelas no funcionan. La televisión no funciona (no es posible sintonizar canales) ni es posible conectar con el WiFi. La señal WiFi no llega a las habitaciones. Las fotos serían de cuando el piso se reformó, ya que hay zonas que están para arreglar, como las puertas y el baño.
