Perfetta per una famiglia, ha tutto il fabbisogno e accogliente e si trova in una posizione comoda praticamente a 10 metri dall oceano. Eccellente .

Host Marcel is super friendly & helpful, his Google Maps list is full of places to visit. The apartment was very affordable which meant we could spend more money in exploring the island and doing some cool & different activities.

Well, what can one really expect when the price is so affordable. The apartment itself was clean, had basic necessities and so on. But during the days it would get so hot because there was only a ceiling fan = no actual cooling system. Sleeping was a challenge because even though the apartment was high up, you could hear _everything_ and it seemed like there was a party on the street almost every night. Las Palmas itself, I mean beautiful place and all, but they don't seem to like tourists that don't speak spanish. That flattened the overall mood there and we ended up spending most of our time elsewhere. Best decision was to rent a car for the whole stay and have a few little "getaways" in the hotels down south. But, there are no free parking lots where the apartment is (and the parking houses nearby sounded like a horror show based on the reviews), so we ended up walking 2km/one way every day to where the nearest free parking lot was (near Poema Del Mar Aquarium). + The sheets were made of some super uncomfortable material, that's why I had to reply that the bed was not comfortable.
