Muy amplio y limpio, una casa preciosa. Ubicada cerca de Triana.
En la zona hay que aparcar en parking públicos.

Gute Lage. Viele Zimmer.
2 Kaffeetassen für eine 5 Zimmer Wohnung definitiv zu wenig. Badezimmermöbel defekt. Eine Scheibe in einer Zimmertür nicht vorhanden. Dadurch keine Privatsphäre.

Habitación amplias y grandes zonas comunes
El local de debajo de la vivienda tiene la extracción del aire al patio de luz. Al ser una primera planta todo el calor y los olores entran por las ventanas. Además el del local pone el cenicero para fumadores en la acera justo debajo de las ventanas por lo que todo el humo y las conversaciones de la gente las tienes acompañándote hasta la madrugada (ventanas antiguas) No recomendaría para familias
