Wonderful owners, amazing location and superb service.

Owners are an exceptionally lovely couple who work incredibly hard and still always seem to be around to help and serve you with whatever you need. They really make you feel like a valued guest and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, varied and fresh for a smaller hotel. The pool area is lovely and cleaned daily. The location is extremely close to Afitos Centre yet still seems to be quiet and tranquil. It’s easy to see why this place gets consistently good reviews. A perfect place to stay in the beautiful town of Afitos.

Pleasant stay at IADES suites

The breakfast coffee selection was disappointing – they only offered black American coffee by default. I ordered two “double espressos” for €6, but they tasted almost the same as the regular black coffee, just slightly stronger. Not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Very friendly staff and great location

Located in the center of the city. Close to all the restaurants. The staff was very polite and accomodating.

The lack of parking. There’s a free one 3-4 min. away but you have to go uphill and that might be hard if you are with a stroller.

Very clean and fresh place in the heart of Afitos

Very convenient location, straight in the city centre, but in very silent corner. Owner of this place is very kind and willing to help with multiple requests. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this beautiful small boutique hotel! We have stayed at several hotels on Greek islands and this was probably the best 😀 It only has 13 rooms, so not very large and the rooms are allocated around the pool, so it’s cosy. Well kept property with some lovely plants around the pool. Pool is great to cool off or just sit around and read a book. Room was quite large and very clean. Nice balcony to relax on. Overal relaxed vibe. Pictures on Booking. com are accurate. Owners Alexandra and Maikies are very helpful and friendly. We could borrow 2 small beach chairs and a beach umbrella. And they have pool towels. Any touristy tips you need, they will give. Breakfast was good, diverse and tasty: fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, bread, cold cuts, croissants, local sweet or donut, yoghurt and fresh orange juice (that was a nice surprise!). The location is great, just 5 mins walk to several restaurants, bars, shops, ice cream shops, mini market and bakery. The small town Afitos is really cute and is just the right size. Not too big and not too small. And many cats around town (we are cat lovers).

The perfect place for a vacation in Afytos

We had the best time!! The hotel is beautiful, modern, renovated, and very clean. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the center of afytos. The hotel is managed by a lovely couple, they were very nice, helpful and welcoming, definitely would go back!

IADES Suites is an OUTSTANDING place. Absolutely everything, including location, breakfast, cleanliness, room/accommodation standard, staff was on a highest level. Owners were super nice and helpful. They helped us to arrange airport transfer as well and everything went smoothly. If you are looking for a quiet and a comfortable place, IADES Suites is a perfect choice. Lovely hotel in the center of Afytos with great hosts

Alexandra and Mike are lovely hosts and their little hotel is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again! The breakfast had everything we needed with great quality, the design of the hotel is beautiful. It is perfectly clean and the location in the center is perfect.

We really loved the hotel, there were really just a few minor things that could be improved like pool towels (it would be great if they could be provided) and the toilet in our room flushed too well (water ran out of the bowl every time we flueshed).

Family vacation

The hotel is beautiful, I think the best in the erea. The location is great. In the middle of town. The swimming pool is a little small. Very clean, wifi is great everywhere in the hotel. They gave us a sun umbrella. It's clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is very simple. There is only filter coffee. In the room there are glasses and a kettle, but no teaspoons. Not enough light in the upper room. but we came for a vacation so that is all not really important.

Hidden gem, right in the picturesque center of Afitos with passionate management!

Everything was perfect! The central location in the middle of picturesque Afitos, the roomy and well designed spaces of the hotel, that kept us cool during the heatwave, the immaculate cleanliness of the rooms, the Beautiful pool with sunloungers, the extensive, freshly made breakfast. But above all: Alexandra and her husband who welcomed us, provided us non-stop with insider tips and worked together passionately to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. Recommend!

Nothing, everything is well arranged. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging, but again we were directed to available parking spaces in the village by the hotel. So also this was no problem.

Fantastic

Iades suites is a very nice and comfy place to stay in Afytos. The building is new, clean with quality furniture. The room have a nice bathroom, AC, thick curtains, large windows, and pool in front of the terrace. Pleasant breakfast service, and also you can order meals by 6 PM and i have to say that their food was better than any tavern we visited. Congrats to the lady from the kitchen! And most of all, the hosts Mike and Alexandra, the owners of the place, are great. Very warm and nice persons, very kind and ready to fulfill clients wishes for making a better stay for everyone. It was a pleasure to meet them, to talk to them.

Awesome stay. We recommend it.

The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were also replaced daily if left on the floor. The room was big with enough space for luggage and plenty of light. Every room has a mini fridge and a nice terrace facing the pool. The owners were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was the same every day but had plenty of food to choose from. They also provided an anti-mosquito device for the room. We didn't go with kids but there were a lot of families there. The property and owners are very family friendly. They had chairs for little kids and a nice terrace with huge umbrellas to eat outside if desired.

There is limited parking near the property, but you can find a spot on the street close by even in full season.

Totally recommended

Brand new apartaments run by lovely couple. Owners are super nice and helpful and you feel really welcome in the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped, basically all you need. Old town is just a stone throw from hotel, so no problem finding place to eat. Place is also very quiet even if it is situated so close to town center.

There is no parking place, so you must leave the car on the nearby streets or a carpark placed around 200 meters away. Not a really big issue, but you must remember to come back to the hotel before 8 o'clock in the evening. Otherwise it will be very difficult to find a place to leave the car.

Great hotel, great people!

We had the most comfortable stay, with the kindest and most helpful hosts! Our room was a very nice size, breakfast was great, and lunch options were also very good (the best Greek salad). Just a short walk to the beach and many dinner options around. I would happily stay here again.
