Beautiful hotel in a great location
Location, staff, breakfast. The pool is very nice even though to my chance it was raining and cold so couldn’t enjoy it. This hotel is a good choice for your stay in Afytos. Forgot to mention the parking also 👍
Maybe a bigger laundry rack, the one existing is tooo small for towels. And some more hangers in the toilet 🤷‍♀️

Highly reccomend Stratos Hotel.
The hotel is run by very kind staff. The owner is a very nice lady who is always available and with a personal attitude to the guests. The breakfast is very delicious with home made jams by the owner and local food. The room is big enough and cleaned every day. The pool is a good asset and it is quiet during the day and night. The village Afytos is wonderful with very nice restaurants and local shops and boutiques. The beach is at a walking distance with stairs and around 10 minutes walk. Reachable by car too. Definitely I reccomend the Stratos Hotel.

Recommendations.
The hotel has an excellent location and friendly staff, which contributed to a pleasant stay. A younger lady at the front desk was particularly helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and places to enjoy good food. Her insights made our dining experiences memorable. The room was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining it throughout our stay. Fresh linens were provided regularly, which added to the overall comfort. The distant sea view from the room was nice. The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory. There was a decent variety of options, and we appreciated the quality of the food served.
One of the main drawbacks was the lack of a central air conditioning system. The air conditioning unit can only be turned on when you arrive at the room. This meant that if we returned late from the beach, the room was quite stuffy and took some time to cool down, which was uncomfortable.

A family hotel with breakfast, but needs improvements for the price.
The included breakfast is a nice and rare option in a hotel in this class in Greece. The home made pastry is good, there are a few different options to choose from every day, which was good. The breakfast veranda was a really lovely place in this hotel. The laides/guys from the staff are especially kind. The bed was comfortable for sleeping on your back, but not on a side, maybe because of the pillows, or maybe a too hard spring bed. The option for a paid sheltered parking lot is good in Afytos, although it's actually on the back of the hotel and without surveillance. Parking in the evening could be a little bit stressful, because of the entrance of the parking, which is located behind the public parking of the village. It seems that the room is cleaned and towels are replaced every day. The shower has a hanger on the wall/ceiling, which is rare in a hotel of this class in Greece. The bath cabin is with glass, not with a cheap curtain, typical for this class hotels, which is an advantage. The hotel could be better but there are a few things to be improved. The hotel is on a walking distance to the center of the village, which is also good.
The room 304 was really small, only 17sq. meters. The water from the siphon was springing out if the tap was running more than 15 seconds. Really disgusting, they obviously had a problem with the drainage about which nobody cares or they don't know about... The same in the bathing cabin, there were 3cm of water on the floor if the shower was running for more than a minute. Both siphons are obviously severely cloged. The whole bath cabin was really small especially for bigger guys. The worst thing of all was the light in the bath was not sufficient at all. I could barely see my face to shave myself. Really I cannot understand why in the era of LED bulbs... they don't burn much electricity. There aren't 2 sockets on both sides otf the bed for charging devices, only 1 available. The toilet paper was mounted in the most uncomfortable place possible, behind the toilet seat, instead of under the bath raft. The installation of the ventilation was some piece of art... (see the pictures). Heating pipes strangely comming out of the wall in the bathroom... The mosquito protection on the balcony door was torn apart. The wardrobe is really small for 2 people. There were doors slamming after 8am in the morning, mainly due to the way of closing of the doors and their clicking mechanisms. The little sausages on the breakfast didn't seem to be completely fresh, and there are very limited salamy and meat options at breakfast. The balconies don't have any privacy due to their location close one to each other and above the inner yard with the swimming pool. The swimming pool is really small one, but even so there were people sunbathing during the whole day around it.

Relaxing, well worth the trip.
Very good location, vert close to the main street, it makes reaching the shops very easy (2 minute walk). The staff was very friendly and helpful (helped with everything I needed, very accommodating). Very clean, exceeded my expectations (which are very high, to be fair). Breakfast was varied, tasty, especially their homemade pies.
During my stay, I could find no fault with Stratos Hotel or anyone on staff, which were thoroughly professional and friendly.

Comfortable room in a good location.
Comfortable room in a good location. Front desk staff were exceptional in providing information. Breakfast was substantial and varied and included eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and home made cakes and preserves.

Cozy and Spotless Hotel in a Perfect Location
The hotel is extremely clean – our room was tidied every single day, and everything from the pool to the common areas was spotless. Huge thanks to the amazing staff and especially the housekeeping team for keeping everything so perfect. Highly recommended!
Nothing really
