Great little apartment in super position.

Host,views,close to pub for food.So much more than a hotel room.Delicious gifts. We’re not big hot tub people but most of our family would have found this( in a private position- with views) a real bonus. We walked to the station to visit family / eat out in Topsham one night.

Would have felt a bit claustrophobic in winter,I think but was perfect for our stay- stunning views.

Host was amazing. Chocolates , biscuits ,cakes scones jam and cream a lovely extra. Lovely lady. Fantastic position. Ideal for the local pub serving food. Great for the train and the ferry. Lovely little apartment with everything you needed supplied. Great value for money. Hot tub a bonus

We would highly recommended this apartment beautiful views of the sea very quiet and peaceful hot tub was wonderful and relaxing definitely be staying again and host Tricia was really nice and friendly we stayed until 6 pm as we didn't want to leave early morning and Tricia was more than happy for us to stay longer thank you for the Scones and your hospitality Brian and Sue xx

Not really what I was looking for

Clean, comfortable flat Quiet location with views of the Exe Comfy bed Goodies for those with a sweet tooth

No clear signage outside from the road No front door as such which meant I had to make my way to the back door through a rough overgrown area. No cooked breakfast

Had a lovely time and if the toilet door gets sorted then this would be a perfect stay.

The location was ideal for visiting the Dawlish coastline. A 20 min walk to the train station and the ferry so we caught the the train along the coast line hoping on and off at different locations. ther are two local pubs that do good food withing a 5 min walk from the accommodation and Trish our host was wvery welcoming. The hottub was a welcome bonus after a long day out site seeing.

The Toilet has no door and is covered by a net. whilst it wasnt a major issue for us, I can see how it would be for most people. its such an easy fix to put a vcheap slidding door on and would make the world of difference. Whilst the local pubs are only 5 min walk, on the way back its all up hill and a steep one at that. if you have walking difficulties then this is not for you but saying that, our lovely host Trish, did offer for us to call her anytime and she would gladly pick us up.
