The living room a bit dark but didn’t really bother us as we were out all day

Well , what a fantastic location set in beautiful countryside within easy access to Stamford. Richard and Kaye have spent a lot of time and hard work to achieve what is a superbly presented holiday getaway. The hosts made us feel very welcome and could not do enough for us. The grounds are beautifully laid out and after our days out i enjoyed a stroll and relaxing in a summer house taking in the views . Would highly recommend

The place is a lot larger than the photos indicate with it being easy to find and a good location. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, will recommend to friends and family

Very minor but the TV only had channels 1 and 2, so little evening entertainment
