Good location and practical breakfast restaurant on site. Staff very friendly and prompt replies. Nice interior communal garden.

AC didn’t work for 2 days. They tried to fix the problem but it was on’y partially fixed. We were lucky it wasn’t super warm, but male sure you know that the ac is not that efficient in apartment 202. High price for the place. Limited equipment for longer stays.

This was a really clean flat and with a full-functioning kitchen. The appliances all were working. The AC was easy to work with and set the desired temperature. No signs of smoke / pot / cigarette smell.

The stiff staircase was a surprise. There was no water in the room. It wasn't clear that the running water from the fosset is drinkable. No bike connected to the unit and rentals weren't close by.

The location was very good for public transport but be aware that the GVB day/ weekly ticket doesn’t cover the other bus companies so needed to get a bus and metro into central but very speedy and frequent. The apartment was ideal for us 2 sisters. The sofa bed was comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Management were speedy to respond to messages.

There is a remote noise monitoring system means that the apartments are a quiet place to stay (apart from road noise which wasn’t too bad) so be warned. However it malfunctioned during our stay and we had 6 messages and one phone call to say the noise level was higher than allowed! I didn’t think my sisters snoring was that loud!! Or we were out. We would have appreciated some written instruction on how to use the oven & TV. There are supermarkets within 15 min walk and limited restaurants.
