Great location to stay! Bus stop was close-by, app. 350 meters from the apartment. Within a 10 min bus ride to you are in Amsterdam City Center, Central Train Station included (busses go about every 10 minutes, night busses also available!) Apartment had all the features, kitchen well equipped, bed was comfortable, nice and clean! Staff was just an app away, very helpful.
It would be great if the air-con could cool a little more, especially on those warm summer
days. BUT this was purely a personal preference!

Good location and practical breakfast restaurant on site. Staff very friendly and prompt replies. Nice interior communal garden.
AC didn’t work for 2 days. They tried to fix the problem but it was on’y partially fixed.
We were lucky it wasn’t super warm, but male sure you know that the ac is not that efficient in apartment 202.
High price for the place. Limited equipment for longer stays.

This was a really clean flat and with a full-functioning kitchen. The appliances all were working. The AC was easy to work with and set the desired temperature. No signs of smoke / pot / cigarette smell.
The stiff staircase was a surprise. There was no water in the room. It wasn't clear that the running water from the fosset is drinkable. No bike connected to the unit and rentals weren't close by.

Location was great if you choose to be a wee bit out of the city. Close to bus transport so easy to get to central station. You could also walk a couple of km and catch the free ferry to central station.
Apartment was equipped with a washing machine which was great for a weeks stay. Staff were responsive when a message was sent.
The front entrance was not very welcoming. Main rubbish collection was there and it was generally pretty scruffy, before going up to get to apartment. A few things could have been managed better within the apartment which would have provided a better experience.
