The walk to our apartment with all kind of stuff in the corridor makes a false contrast with the rest of the facilities.

Spotlessly clean, good sized apartment with a few minor and niggly issues.

The website said breakfast was included for stays at the location but this was not apparently the case and a €16.50 pp was proposed. We politely declined this given the charge for the apartment.

The noise from the apartment above was invasive but the people staying there were quiet later on - when we we went to sleep. This is just a result of the old style of the property with wooden floors and cannot really be avoided. But for 45 minutes on arrival we had to listen to the telephone call being made in the apartment above. Clarity over the breakfast charge was unclear at best.

Lovely location. Beautiful rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transport. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot in Rijswick - a charming village within easy tram ride of Den Haag and Delft.

Spacious apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Delicious breakfast, though you need to book it the day before. This isn’t a working bakery so don’t expect pastries on demand!

Lacking basic kitchen utensils such as cutting board, drip rack, kitchen towels. Lack of privacy as there were no curtains or shades to cover the huge window that connected the apartment with the patio and entrance.

Superb

It is a pretty cute and cool location with a small nearby shopping street incl. grocery store, pubs, and a couple restaurants. The apartment was very nice with natural light, full kitchen, plants, and lots of space. Felt more like being home than a hotel or B&B. Staff was very friendly and how to say : it was overall very private (no one really there).

I did want to rent a bike, and discussed at check in, but after my work hours I was unable to find anyone to rent it to me the next day. She mentioned I needed to contact her (I guess with her phone #), but it wasn't given in advance despite that we talked about the bike on check-in. The local parking must be paid in evenings and does NOT accept Credit Card nor cash (need Maestro or an app).

This place is unique. It feels like home. Personal attention that you don't find easily elsewhere.

The breakfast was just amazing. Highly recomendable. Owner organized a bike and was very caring. I would definitely come back and recommend to other friends / colleagues

Locatie was erg goed voor ons. Fantastisch ontbijt.

Helaas kon er geen raam open in het appartement op de begane grond. Ook was er veel licht op de gang en de luxaflex was niet afdoende voor het licht.

Fijn appartement met moderne faciliteiten vlakbij Den Haag

Prima appartement met goede bedden en fijne badkamer. Keuken is goed uitgerust en er is zelfs een wasmachine en droger beschikbaar. Aardige host, prima ontvangst.

Het appartement heeft vloerverwarming en het duurt best een tijdje om het behaaglijk te krijgen qua temperatuur. Er mist uitleg over de werking van de verwarming.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Vor allem auch mit Hund! Gemütlichkeit wird meines Erachtens groß geschrieben! Ruhig und familiäres Gefühl wie zuhause.

Heel comfortabel

Parkeergelegenheid vlak voor de deur (betaald). Appartement met mooie badkamer, keukentje en aparte slaapkamer. Alles schoon en goed afgewerkt. Ontbijt was top, op verzoek geheel plantaardig verzorgd.

Gut geführtes B&B

Zum Frühstück können wir leider nichts sagen, da wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.Jedoch was wir gesehen haben, sah sehr üppig und lecker aus.Ivo ist der Besitzer des B&B,er ist sehr hilfsbereit ,spricht perfekt deutsch und hat uns in einigen prekären Situationen sehr geholfen. In der Straße gibt es Parkplätze,für die Zeit von 18-24.00 Uhr zahlt man über eine App.zB. Easy Parken 14,25 € f.d.Parkplatz. Wer mit dem Rad nach Den Haag fährt sollte auf bestimmte Regeln beim abstellen der Räder achten, sonst werden diese von der Stadt einkassiert.

Odličan kvart

Dovoljno velik i udoban apartman za višednevni boravak. Mogućnost iznajmljivanja bicikla. Plus je besplatna odlična kava iz aparata ispred apartmana. Parking se nađe bez problema u ulici i plaća se od 18:00 do 24:00. Cijena je oko 2.5 eur/sat. Povezanost s centrom Haga je odlična. U blizini par vrlo ugodnih restorana i kafića

Jedini problem je strop. Zapravo zvukovi koji dolaze iz apartmana iznad jer se između nalaze samo drvene grede prekrivene drvenim podom. Ako su gosti iznad obazrivi i pristojni, buka koja dolazi je prihvatljiva. Tako je bilo nama. Ali kako je kad dođu malo glasniji i 'veseliji' gosti, možemo samo pretpostaviti

Ontzettend gehorig, en bij thuiskomst ‘s nachts van andere gasten ging er automatisch een fel licht aan in de gang - dat via het raam ook direct in onze kamer kwam.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist für Radtouren ideal (Delft, Den Haag, Leiden). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ivo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Ruhige Lage,Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Innenhof parken. Parkmöglichkeit für Auto an der Unterkunft vorhanden (kostenpflichtig). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort, Den Haag und Delft sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Uns fehlte ein Esstisch mit Stühlen in der Küche (bei gutem Wetter haben wir den Tisch im Innenhof benutzt). Kaffemaschine wurde ebenfalls vermisst.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Die Lage ist in Oud Rijswijk, ein sehr gemütliches und schönes Dorf, dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Einen Albert Heijn Supermarkt, einen Aldi, zwei Drogerien, Buchladen, Cafes und Restaurants, die Straßenbahnlinie erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Ivo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, wir sollten angeben, wenn wir ankommen, er kam sofort und hat uns den Schlüssel gegeben und uns eingewiesen. Das Appartement ist in einem Hinterhof, sehr schön ausgebaut, mit einer Küchenzeile, mit Herd und Backofen. Alle Utensilien zum Kochen sind vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Doppelbett mit einem Dachfenster, welches sich bei Regen automatisch schließt. Es ist eine sogenannte Wohnküche vorhanden, d.h. dort steht ein Sofa mit Fernseher, gegenüber dann die Küchenzeile. Essen kann man an einem Tisch im Hof, der von der Wohnküche aus zugänglich ist. Dieser ist auch der Eingang zum Appartement. Das Bad ist modern mit einer super Dusche, Waschmaschine und Föhn ist vorhanden. Das Tolle sind die Räder. die man sich bei Ivo ausleihen kann und die direkt im Gang zum Appartement stehen. Wir haben damit jeden Morgen Brötchen geholt und Fahrradtouren unternommen. Mit der Linie 1 kommt man direkt in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle. Es war einfach toll dort, wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt!

Heerlijk verblijf in een gastvrije omgeving

We werden hartelijk ontvangen, ook onze hond was meer dan welkom. Hoewel we geen ontbijt namen, kregen we fijne tips voor vier goede bakkers in de buurt. Ook werd uitgelegd waar we de hond konden uitlaten. Het appartement was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een rustige locatie met een fijne sfeer – zeker een aanrader!

Enige minpunten: het was wat gehorig en we misten de mogelijkheid om een raam open te zetten. Desondanks hebben we genoten!
