It didn’t feel clean, small bathroom, bed wasn’t comfortable, the quality of all equipment was 5 out of 10

The place was near Central Station, within walking distance of the Mauritshuis museum, supermarket, restaurants, and other shops. It is a self-check-in hotel, but the management was very helpful and provided detailed instructions on how to check in, along with other important details like wifi.
There was a memo pasted on the oven that said not to HEAT bread, which was a shame because you can buy microwaveable meals at the supermarket that looked delicious, but we were afraid to use the oven during our stay.

The location is fantastic - being near the Central Station made checking in with luggage and catching trains easy. You are also close to Chinatown and the city center. The place was clean and warm with thoughtful touches like tea and coffee and a hair dryer, plus the balcony offers amazing downtown views.

Relatively clean, working shower, kettle, oven, cutlery
The matrasses were bent inwards which made sleep very poor. Bed was not made fully - blanket was left to my own doing.
No microwave.

There was a chewing gum sticked into the blanket. Disgusting

Good location. Clean and spacious. Great bathroom. Just what we needed. I’d misplaced the car park arrangements but the person we called was very helpful and it got sorted.
I messaged to say we might be a bit later to arrive and received a ‘request declined’ message. I therefore spent the entire drive from Calais worrying that we wouldn’t be able to get in which caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety. It was all actually fine. Carpark: someone was in our booked space so we had to park in another space which meant we worried about getting a fine.

• Location
• Large balcony
• TV (too bad there is no Netflix)
• Kitchen had everything you need
There’s only one reason why someone would choose to book a hotel: to have a place to sleep away from home. So, if you decide to open a hotel or an apartment, the first thing I would make sure of is that the guest has a good bed to rest on, clean and comfortable. The second thing would be to focus on noise and try to soundproof the place to ensure a quiet night. Well, in this hotel, not even the basics are there. The bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket was stained with blood. The third thing would be to have a kind and available host when needed, but that was missing too. Basically, if you choose to stay there, don’t expect to have a good rest, just a roof over your head to stay out of the rain. I’ve seen worse, so I’d place this one in third place. There are definitely things that need to be improved, because I don’t think having an excellent location is enough to make people accept any hotel condition. Also, it’s very noisy. You can hear constant sounds, footsteps echoing, and people trying to open the doors.

location, although a bit outside of the city center, is close to the railway station (8min on foot).
coffee and tea available at our arrival.
Location is in a very busy street, in front of the railway, it is very loud even late in the evening.
The bedroom is tiny: the bed must be about 120cm-large. It is so small that there is no room to open a single cabin suitcase around the bed. Not very clean (we found a dirty sock under the bed). The light above the bed is not functioning. No night tables.
The convertible sofa in the living room is just awful, not confortable at all. Plus, the bed sheets are too small for two persons. We had not properly slept in 3 days.
Minor point: there is no option for storing luggage on the day of arrival or departure.

Comfortable, complete facilities, they provide coffee, coffee filter, creamer and sugar. They provide the dishwasher tablet, and detergent for the washing machine, and also a drying rack. The apartment was within walking distance to central station. The room was quiet eventhough its across the station
The bedroom can feel a little bit warm in summer, but they provide fan inside the apartment

Haag central station can be seen from the windows. It looks beautiful in the night
It was quite difficult to find parking. It was not possible to park the vehicle even for loading and unloading our stuff in nearby the place.

Very close to the train station and shops. Balcony was nice, kitchen was good.
The pillows were poor and not enough pillowcases were provided .

It’s close to the central station.
This apartment was listed as having a washing machine and dryer, something I specifically wanted. Under “Kitchen” both machines are listed. In another part of the listing it states “The apartment features a washing machine”. In fact, that is not the case. On another floor there is a cupboard with a single washing machine and dryer for several apartments.
The apartment is advertised as having two beds, a double and a sofa bed in the living room. To me, advertising two beds means two sets of bed linen will be provided. Not so. We had to request bedding for the sofa bed, reluctantly supplied. A follow up message by management stated it was assumed a booking for two people meant two people sharing a bed and a request had to be made, preferably in advance, for bed linen for the advertised second (sofa) bed. We were two friends who wanted separate beds - nothing unusual about that! I have never encountered this situation with other bookings.
Bizarrely, on the ground floor there is a screen showing a message that extra towels/sheets can be provided. If it’s no problem to supply extra linen, why make an issue of providing bed linen for the second of the two beds which are advertised?

Convenient location near train station and trams. Very clean. Nice to have kitchen and free laundry.
Screen door on balcony didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. Great communication before arrival - sent two messages to WhatsApp before/after arrival and never received reply.

Close to the station and city, quiet and comfortable.
Didn’t meet or see any staff.

The proximity to the Central Station.
Our cooker/ hob didn’t work. The curtains didn’t fit the windows. The ground floor studio in which we were is right by the entrance and faces main road . Very noisy. We had to ask for glasses and cups. Very bad for the huge amount we paid to stay here.

The location is ideal, and the check in easy.
I had signed up for two twin beds for I was travelling with my 35 year old son. This trip was not only to visit my daughter who lives in Amsterdam, but also other areas such as Den Haag, Ninejah , Burgers Zoo etc and this location ideal. the twin mattresses were together and could not be seperated awkward!

Some noise from other guests but probably unavoidable.

Clean comfortable with everything we needed. Easy to access and communicate with host. Great being so close to train station. We had a lot of bags and walking from train was very handy.
The skylight in second bedroom made it difficult to sleep past sunrise

Nice kitchen with all the equipment you would need. The bathroom was clean and comfortable and shower gel was provided. It also had a great view out into den haag
The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable however the bed was.

Exceptionally good staff response when we arrived and couldn’t find a room key. Excellent location. Handy parking off-site.
Telling me where the room key was in advance would have been helpful. The kitchen facilities might be better and the shower/toilet is cramped. One shower door lacks a seal so water gets onto the floor. Lighting is located anywhere useful.

Ground floor, street facing on a loud and polluted road - everyone able to look into the room
No windows can be opened for ventilation
Broken sofa bed
Uneasy access to the building when arriving for the first time
Terrible service. Have attempted to reach the property owners but have never received a response

None, I really liked the place

The location was very good and we feel that the property was good for its money. The staff were also very friendly. Very easy check in service.
The facilities were very basic, no chopping board not all kitchen utensils. Have to make own bed which is hassle. The walls are very thin and can hear everything from corridor to next persons room. The whole look of the apartment it’s also very dated. The tv also was very hard to set up and we didn’t get to have any use of it.

Simple property for an overnight stay in centre of The Hague.
Sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and needs replacing as it’s worn.

The host was very pleasant and helpful. Made me feel at home and very welcomed. The room had all the basics that I needed and was as advertised.
The configuration of the room could be better. You are either sleeping with your head against a window (which is on a sometimes busy street) or you are sleeping with your head under the TV (which makes it uncomfortable to watch). The Sofa is again in an awkward location. With better configuration or some more appropriate furniture the room would be more comfortable. Also, it would be great to give guests a bit more of a warning that there isn't actually a food venue or grocery store immediately nearby.

The location is perfect. Its at a walking distance from the Den Haag Centraal station.
The door was wide open when i reached. The door opened even without a keycard and It could not be locked from inside. When i informed the maintainer, he was like "I obviously I want to do some compensation for you". He said there is a spare room but he was not too keen on giving it and kept asking what i wanted to do and how I wanted to proceed. since I had some valuable stuff in my luggage. I had to lug it around Den haag and barely had any sleep for a night and the bed was horrible. Two tiny beds that just keep coming apart if you move closer to middle.

Very clean, lift is available, close to the railway station, good kitchen
torn walls and curtains. very dark, cold and uncomfortable. The room is tiny, no place for luggage. No chance to contact people. The balcony is old and tattered, the view is terrible. I couldn’t stay there the second night and moved, even though I paid for two nights. I will never come again. People who run it simply do not care.

The location as well as the atmosphere of the room.
Reaching the room key, too high for me.

Excellent location
Very poor sound isolation, could hear every word of our neighbors' conversations (they were NOT loud, nice elderly ladies, sharing their joys and concerns. At times quite interesting and even enjoyable, but I really doubt if they wanted me to hear all this and I definitely did not want to listen.)

Not very clean and noisy. You have dishwasher but no soap given.

The location; they brought us new pillow, sheets and towels.
It was not clean. The garbage from the previous client was still there..the same about hair, bad smell of the pillows, etc.
Someone knocked on our window at 1 am to open the door for them, because the staff were not available.
