Stairs need new carpeting

Great position in relation to the train station and central Den Haag. Communication with owner was good and punctual. Secure access with easy instructions for electronic entry. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a wash machine/dryer and good functioning hair dryer. Cooking facilities were adequate and there was plenty of cutlery, utensils and dining pieces. Dining table and couch were good. The large outdoor area available for tenants only had a lovely tree and many sitting areas. It was good to see safety was a priority with fire extinguishers and first aide kits readily available. The appartment was quiet with no street noise.

Unfortunately it was very hot in The Haag and there was no air-conditioning but fortunately a good fan was provided. The room is looking and feeling tired. The flooring needs redoing as it is quite deteriorated. The buildings common area and our patio had weeds and cigarette butts. Both need a good clean up. And there are cob webs in the appartment. There is maintenance required. The single beds are very narrow and for a large adult difficult to sleep in. The TV had no cable channels available which was disappointing. The shower also requires maintenance. Despite all this our stay was doable.

Convenient, comfortable, has everything you need for a great stay, central location, super helpful staff.

The digital key entrance is a little tricky as it requires an internet connection, and not everyone has that when traveling from abroad.

The apartment is convenient and centrally located to the station and metro. The property management staff were very helpful.

The lounge sofa, coffee table , dining table, chairs etc and other furniture and general decor of the apartment is tired and worn out and could really do with the owner investing some capital to bring it back to a good standard. The outside garden is full of weeds and just inside the door from street there were always lots of cigarette stubs. The hallway carpets leading to the apartment are worn out and once again should be replaced. The bedsheets were of reasonable quality.
