The location to the Central Hague station is very convenient, and there are loads of shops around within 10 mins walk. We had everything in we needed in the kitchen. Went shopping and stocked up on essentials and food items. The member of staff Juneal was very helpful and came to the apartment within 15 mins to bring us keycards for our stay when we had a a problem when we were checked in. Would stay here again and recommend if you are okay with spiral stairs.

The spiral stairs is not for everyone, especially older people. Also the washing mashing gets super loud and shakes, they may need to have it look at to stabilise it. When we got there, we found main front door hard top open, it needs a push before it opens. We couldn't figure it out after a few tries, then one of the other resident luckily turned up and showed us.

Very good location and cozy place, but not luxurious

I loved the location - just 2 min walk from the Central Station in The Hague, quiet street with no noise from the Central Station. City center is 5 min walk with shops, supermarket and everything you need. The apartment has a nice interior courtyard shared with others and most of the amenities required. During our stay it was a bit chilly outside so we had suficient heat.

Some things can be improved: minor things in the living room, bath room or kitchen can be updated / changed. Also the towels were clean, but the bed linens not that much. Also being an agency, you don't get that tailored experience with a guest, but it worked fine for us.

Great and very central place to stay, with good facilities

Easy access by door code. Great location, very close to city and all public transport. Nice and quiet courtyard with canal outside of building. Washing machine with dryer available, plus fully functioning kitchen.

There were paving works going on outside of the building which made wheeling in the luggage in a little more difficult. Once these works are completed it will be a wonderful location next to a canal and very close to the station and city. Could have bin a tad more clean, but no big issue. Easily accommodates four people with pull out sofa, however, storage of luggage for four can be a challenge.

Good spot but don’t try and cook.

Followed all instructions on how to use the cooker to avoid very sensitive smoke alarm (their words) going off. We also opened every window. Within 30 seconds of using the stove top, nothing had chance to burn, the alarm went off in every apartment in the complex. Very stressed until the security man arrived . was very embarrassing. Felt unable to cook the following evening which meant incurring extra costs to eat out.

Perfect location, comfortable flat but needs renovation and air condotion (or mosquito nets)

Perfect central location (3 minutes walk from central station) and surprisingly very silent. Location compensates all minuses. Comfortable flat for 3 persons for few days. Clean.

Flat needs renovation. Some dishes (especially pans) are old, burnt and should be exchanged for new ones. Flat is on the last floor and in hot days/nights (no air condition) it’s really hot and stuffy. We had to open Windows all the time and we are all heavily bitten by mosquitos.

Communication was perfect. The location close to city was perfect. The facility it self was very good.

stay was frustrating and poorly managed, marked by unresponsive staff, and inconvenient location

!!!!....Unresponsive Staff & 3-Hour Wait for Keys – Avoid if You Value Your Time.....!!!! Our experience with key collection was extremely disappointing. Until the very last minute, we were not provided with any clear instructions on how to collect the keys. Despite sending five email reminders and making multiple phone calls, we received no response—not even on the day of arrival. As we were about to reach the property from the train station, we once again emailed and called, but still received no reply. Upon arriving at the given address, we were told the keys were not yet available and would take another hour. In reality, we were left waiting for over 2–3 hours, without proper communication or assistance. The reception and service staff were unhelpful and showed little regard for guest experience. Frankly, we never expected such poor service, especially when booking through a trusted platform like Booking.com. This was a frustrating and stressful start to our stay.

Unprofessional Staff and Poorly Located Apartment – Disappointing Experience The overall experience with the support staff was highly disappointing. Their communication was poor, responses were delayed or absent, and their behavior lacked any sense of accountability or care for guest comfort and safety. At no point did we feel genuinely supported during our stay. Moreover, the location of the apartment was problematic. It was not easy to find, especially when walking with luggage, and the surrounding area did not feel guest-friendly. This only added to the discomfort and made the entire experience more stressful than it should have been.

very cozy apartments in a nice area

Very close to the station, quiet area, very clean apartment, comfortable bed, iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils. Very nice courtyard. We are very grateful to the agency staff for the opportunity to leave our luggage before check-in.

Everything was fine, only the doors creaked and the boiler was small - there wasn't quite enough water for three people to shower.

Overall decent

Good location. Good check in method, all self check in and a key card on your phone. Sofa bed does fit two people. However, it’s not so much a sofa bed but a sofa you can sleep on, little uncomfortable. There was a little issue with ants

Nice apartment with good equipment in the center, close to the train station, but calm place. Charge your phone as it will be used as a key (this online key works great, but without a phone you can not enter the apartment).

If you will choose to stay here avoid the ground apartment

Street floor apartment is the worst of the property, the bedroom window is on the street. The bathroom is without window. It is not clear if the water is drinkable. The room is not cheap at all.

The apartment is centrally located, but very quiet. The sofa bed works well as a double bed. Staff at reception were friendly.

Quaint, quiet and family friendly apartment very near the Hague Central station

Great location - a few hundred meters from Hague CS and in a quiet and quaint courtyard. Communication with the teams was swift and effective. They were very accommodating with a late arrival and took prompt action to address an issue.

Nice stay at the center of The Hague

Quiet, comfy, cozy and clean apartment at a great location very close to the center of Hague at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy key pickup just a couple of hundred meters from the place.

Unfortunately, no parking spots were available on site so we had to rent a parking spot approximately 500 meters away at 12€/day. However, considering that it was at the center of Hague it might have been OK!

The help and assistance we got from Stayci's apartments was great. The location manager was very helpful and kind to help us with our early log in to come to the location instead of us going to office. Since we were directly coming from America this was really great much appreciated.
