    Here's a polished and corrected version of your review: We had a good stay at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk to Sun Plaza and conveniently close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the main road. The room had hot shower facilities, and toiletries were provided. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were rude and not very accommodating. One issue we encountered was with our booking. We were asked to check out earlier than expected, even though our scheduled check-out date was the following day and we were out on a tour. I think the hotel should monitor its bookings more carefully to avoid this kind of inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. We requested an early breakfast, but we were unable to avail of it because the kitchen was still closed and there was no staff available to prepare the food. Hotels should consider serving breakfast as early as 6:00 AM, especially for guests with early schedules. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would still highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent location. Just be prepared to climb stairs, as there is no elevator.

    The property's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The cleanliness was generally good, contributing to a comfortable experience, and the overall value for money was fair. However, the facilities could use some improvement to enhance convenience and enjoyment. Like adding elevator since they have 5 floors. And it's hard to go there especially if you have many luggage.

    We booked this hotel 1,5 months before our coming date. But when we arrived they said their room are fully booked. Once again beware. I gave them 3 stara because they help accomodate us to another hotel which has elevator.
