Disappointing

The place is in a good location in Aalborg and easily accessible on the ground floor. You can reach the staff easily by phone.

This is a horrible place that is not worth the money: Someone had cleaned the floor and made the bed, but the apartment is in dire need of renovation in general, it is one of those places you do not really want to touch anything. Like, handles of the doors in the apartment are falling off. There is a completely clogged shower drain, taking a short shower floods the entire bathroom. Walls in the bathroom are completely dirty and disgusting. When we arrived late in the evening, the code didnt work to get in - luckily we quickly reached a kind lady through the number in their app, which was able to tell us the correct key (thank you). But there was no baby crib in the apartment even though we ordered it via booking.com (this is apparently NOT enough, you need to book it additionally through their system and pay 200 DKK extra). Also, extra towels and bed sheets are locked away and you need to pay extra for them. It seems like a joke considering the price that you already pay for this apartment in the first place. All in all a quite disappointing experience.

•Bedroom: -The bed is very uncomfortable. It’s very thin and you feel the springs of he mattress. M -The apartment is on the ground floor and there’s no safe way to leave the windows open at night, as they open wide - someone could walk in from the street. •Kitchen: -The pots and pans MUST BE RENEWED URGENTLY FOR HEALTH SAFETY REASONS. They are made of Teflon and are all scratched, which is dangerous because the toxic particles bind with the food. -There is NO OIL to cook. First time I don’t find such basic ingredient in the kitchen. It doesn’t make sense to buy a bottle for a couple of days. -No kitchen towels provided (also a very basic thing) •Bathroom: -No carpet/towel/mop provided in the bathroom. When showering the bathroom floor gets wet and it is very dangerous and uncomfortable to stay wet for so long. Very inconvenient. -They have a weird policy with extra towels, I want to think this is because they want to avoid abusive usage, but it makes you feel at some point that they want to charge you for anything - as for the strict checkout rules, which “starts at a fee of 500dkk” if you leave after 10:00. I didn’t relax. This is constructive feedback - and it should not make you decide not to stay here. It’s - let’s say - a business that needs to improve a couple of things, but it is good for the price.

Very nice town, the appartment was a functional bed for the night, but would hesitate longer stay.

The location is nice walking distance to the old town and the waterfront.

The lack of parking anywhere close to the property (1 hour parking spots only, indicated park houses are far away) . The entrance door lock jamms, the bathroom door handle was hanging loose, the windows did not have a safe opening position for the night (ground floor appartment, open bedroom window would bang into face of pedestrians, apart from own safety concerns).

LE FALTA MEJORAR LA HABITACIÓN Y EN EL RESTO DEL DEPARTAMENTO POCOS DETALLES

La cocina bien equipada, el baño dentro de lo normal, la habitación grande.

1) Que reservé para 9 días y solo me dieron una toalla, una funda de almohada y una sábana 2) imposible dormir, en esa cama se sienten los resortes del colchón 3) mucha luz entra en la habitación ya que las ventanas tienen persianas angostas y muy claras 4) la ventana de la cocina no tiene cortina y la del baño estába sucia y dañada una de las luces del baño 5) el olor a humedad 6) falta un trapeador para secar el baño
