Nice place with very friendly and helpfull host
Host Johnny is very friendly and helpful. The video we got to explain how to get in is very useful. The accommodation is quite well-equipped and excellent value for money. The beds were excellent.
We did not expect to be in the basement, so going down in snowy conditions was a bit tricky, but it turned out quite ok, also because Johnny put extra sand and salt there.

we where there very short but have sleep very good :-)
the location was very easy to find. the house was clean and we have had information where we can find the keys. the boys where playing late in the night darting :-) we were only for one night thank you

Excellent host and brilliant value for money.
We chose Happy Fisherman on the basis of its cost, size, pet friendliness and location relative to the Hirtshals ferry terminal. What impressed us most was the flexibility and service we received from Johnny, the host. We were way earlier than expected and he was happy to accommodate our late notice early check in. We left very early in the morning and he was outside clearing snow from the pathway!!! Property is perfect for a small family exploring the area or laying up 45 mins short of the ferry like we were. It seems to be in a really nice residential area but just a few minutes from some nice child friendly restaurants and shopping if you need it.
Nothing - this could not have been more suited to our needs.

Such a cozy place, very quiet and close to the center by car. I stayed with my parents, my girlfriend and our little dog, we all were very comfortable in the apartment. You have everything that you could need. Definitely we will be back ❤️👏🏼👌

Great place to stay!
It is close to to the highway, so on our way to Norway it is easy to stay over at this location. This is my second time here and I will probably come back in the future.
