Few important repairs have to be made before this apartment should be rented out to next guests.

It was a spacious, airy and clean apartment. Walking distance to most important landmarks of Aalborg. Good distance to free public parking.

The faucets in the kitchen and toilet needed to have the filters replaced. They were splashing and, as you can see from the 1st 2 photos, have accumulated a lot of gunk. Would you feel good drinking from them? The shower head needs to be replaced, see 3rd photo, as more water was coming out of the handle than from the head. A lot of other minor repairs need to be made, 4th photo as sample. When we checked in, the fridge was switched off - why?

All in all it was a comfortable stay except for the noise,

The apartment was clean and comfortable close to shopping areas and downtown!

The only bad thing I have to say is that it is in close proximity to the night life and we experienced a sleepless night on the Saturday night with drunk and disorderly noise from both sides of the street as both rooms face outwards.

Veldig fin, ren og stor leilighet med korte gåavstander til sentrum.

Stor og fin leilighet. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig vert! Ren leilighet med store rom og balkong på begge sider. Fint innredet stue med sofa og spisebord. Veldig hyggelig for en familie eller venner/gruppe på tur. Kort gåavstand til brygge, gågater og spisesteder, samt matbutikk.

De nettene vi var i leiligheten var det veldig varmt. Ingen aircondition eller vifter. Lite lufting selv om vinduene stod oppe. Det ble nesten alt for varmt å sove og oppholde seg i leiligheten på dagtid. Det var mye bråk utenfor som var veldig lytt inn til leiligheten. Bråk både fra biler, motorsykler og personer ute i gatene gjennom hele natten.

Der var rigtig god plads. Gode senge.

Det blev temmelig fugtigt i badeværelset når man gik i bad måske på grund af dårlig udsugning.
