Property is situated near the town centre but not right in it so easy to drive out of without the hustle and bustle of the town centre traffic.
It’s a very clean and modern property with an enclosed garden.
Everything we needed was in the property, full kitchen utensils, cleaning products, towels, games, dinosaurs (that my 4 year spotted straight away!)
Unfortunately the TV fire-stick didn’t work, we contacted the landlord but we couldn’t figure out between us what was wrong. It wasn’t a major problem as we were out all day and brought our own memory stick with movies to watch in the evening.
The front door didn’t work so we had to go through the neighbours gate to get to the back door. He was fine about it, but he does have a big dog, which he put in his enclosed garden once he realised this was our only route.
Again not a major thing, but due to the hot weather I couldn’t put our little boy in the single room as the window opens at the bottom and right out and I feared he would fall out. Would be ok for bigger children and adults though.

The property was very conveniently located to the Lincoln centre. The neighbourhood offers a wonderful selection of restaurants, all within walking distance and it felt quite safe to be there. Although we bought extra, there was enough toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent etc to last our week-long stay. Having Netflix on the TV was a bonus for our daughter.
The walls were paper thin. We could hear neighbours on either side. There is a shared entryway for the house and its immediate neighbours, which isn't ideal. There were three of us staying there, we only received two towels despite asking for another one.

The house was so comfortable and lovely. Was easy to forget that we were in rented accommodation, felt like our own home when staying. Host were easily contactable by phone for any issues we had. Close walk to city centre. Close to different amenities such as shops and takeaways.
Number for keysafe was incorrect but rang the hosts and issue was quickly resolved
