the location is superb, if you want to stay in and have a takeaway your have everything you need within 50 yards of the property , fish and chips, pizza, curries and Chinese, 3 excellent pubs within 5 minutes and the Brayford wharf is 15 minutes walk away and 25 minutes coming back, steep hill and good beer being the main reason on that! Yarborough parkrun is 20 minutes walk away too, with very friendly people, what more could you ask for,
only one wine glass, the wife used that so I had to drink mine out of the bottle oh well! shower was a bit hot too.

Location..easy to walk into the centre of Lincoln..nice Comfy bed. Everywhere clean..everything you need in kitchen though we didn't cook..thanks for the milk &muffins ....comfy bed.. Towels smelt lovely &soft .. access to Netflix Supermarket on doorstep Nice decor Would recommend staying here
Shower very temperamental..not easy to regulate temp either very! hot or cold...only bathroom is downstairs Our preference would be to have a bathroom upstairs..but managed ok.. Parking was initially unavailable on arrival as the street was packed..but we did secure the space at side of house later on...smoke detector is very sensitive..we only did toast and it went off....not a complaint just be aware..
