Great location, spacious and comfortable.

This was a comfortable, clean house in an excellent location. It was spacious and had the facilities we needed for a two-night stay. The host was initially very communicative, offering many suggestions for places to eat, drink and visit. The wi-fi worked well. The parking was big enough for two cars as stated. We could walk to the cathedral, castle and historic centre within a few minutes.

The heating was switched off when we arrived, and the fire (GAS!) would not turn on at any point. Once we resolved the heating, the house became warm and comfortable, but it wasn't a great start on a cold day in January. One or two lights and a blind in the kitchen were not working. A very personal clothing item belonging to previous occupants was not removed from the bedroom. All of this was mentioned via text and email, but we got no response.

Property very clean, easy to access and find. Plenty of space in the property and usefully furnished. Always lovely and warm too. Didn't use rear outdoor space but looks well set up and useful for the warmer seasons.

Missed the flexibility of a SMART TV where could watch catch up TV. Felt the kitchen lacked a few basics like scissors, foil and clingfilm.

Grayz Townhouse - a brilliant place to stay whilst visiting Lincoln

Grayz Townhouse - the perfect place to stay when visiting Lincoln and surrounding areas. The onsite parking is a real bonus and the location is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions (Cathedral, restaurants, Castle etc). The house is warm, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The well equipped kitchen looks out on a beautiful private courtyard and it was a delight to stay here.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Superb value for money in a lovely cosy house very close to everything

Amazing location to see and enjoy lincoln centre . We have been twice now and are booking again for next year. As two couples it is so much nicer (and cheaper) than a hotel for a winter break , thank you , see you next time

Excellent trip made easier by wonderful accommodation

Lovely comfortable & cosy house, within walking distance to historic Lincoln. Paid a visit to the hosts Cafe - great food & service; highly recommend the scones or toasted cheese sandwich.

Lovely, short walk to the shops and cathedral, Lincoln is a beautiful place.

When we eventually found the property the key lock was very easy to open. Unfortunately the road was closed and the sat nav didn't know this so we did drive round and round for.a while, eventually found it.

It was a lovely stay, we would stay here again.

Home from home.

Very home from home, cosy and warm. The bed linen was so soft and spelled lovely and fresh. The shower is good also, internet good.Short walk in lincoln centre.Enjoy our stay.

Good location far enough from the centre so very little noise. Only a 5 minute walk to the town. Good parking and everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The only negative I can give is no TV in the bedrooms.

Just a few things to be addressed. Brilliant to have such hot water but a warning by taps to say very hot water? Small blind in kitchen broken, one bedside lamp in main bedroom not working, knob on dresser in kitchen off so could catch when walking past. Upon arrival we found crumbs in fridge and bin in main bedroom not emptied so a check on housekeeping?

Location was great, close to Cathedral and castle, lots of good pubs and restaurants around. Loved Hobbsons original pie shop on steep hill, if you like real ale then strugglers inn is the place to go! Had a lovely meal in the Adam and Eve tavern too.Alli

We had a great stay visiting family and would definitely recommend this property.

Great location. Very good facilities in the house. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The car parking was a real bonus.

The shower head needs to be fixed as it tends to fall off. The garden needs some TLC as it could be a real asset but was not really very welcoming as it needs weeding and the furniture needs sprucing up.

Really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and the standard of the property was an added bonus.

The location was excellent, very close to the historic area of Lincoln, the house was decorated to a very high standard and very homely and comfortable. Everything that you needed was available in the property, with one exception, a bath mat would be good. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit the historic sights of Lincoln.😁

I do not think that you could improve much on the facilities in this property, if I was being pernickety, tidy up the courtyard and the area at the front of house.

Wonderful Lincoln

Fantastic location near the castle and cathedral, free parking, nice and clean and comfortable place to stay. Easy walk to local bars and restaurants. Would stay again .

Would have been nice to have a pint of milk on arrival. Needs.to advise the beds are a double and small double (didn't matter to us but could if two couples) and that quilts are feather/down as not everyone can sleep with them.

Great little house and 15 minute walk into Lincoln

We were going to a wedding in North Carlton and this property was perfect for us, 3 adults. We had a car but could walk into Lincoln center in about 15 minutes. Having private parking right outside the house was a huge bonus too. The house itself had everything that we needed (iron, basic cleaning things, shower gel, loo roll....), the beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. Love the little garden at the back too.

Great location. Lovely house.

Everything had been considered. The pint of milk in the fridge and tea/coffee win bonus points after a 5hr,+ drive. Comfy and great location, the townhouse was ideal.

Only issue was the boiler/hot water tank. It's quite noisy. We had to turn the thermostat down at night to cut out the heating and the water tank hummed throughout. I didn't want to fiddle with the settings but would have loved to just shut it off altogether. I come from a rural area where there is TOTAL silence and any little noise disturbs my sleep but maybe a note on how to change the timings might help.
