In general, we loved the apartment and location. It was warm, cozy and clean. There was enough utensils in the kitchen and all the appliances clean and easy to operate. The rooms are decent size and the wardrobes are brilliant. Everything was close, within walking distance which helps very much. The host was asking multiple times if we need anything and how we like the accommodation. The apartment building is very quiet, there will be no noise from neighbours, etc.
A bit of a minus point are the matresses on the bunk bed. The couch is really beautiful but not ultra comfy, but it serves the purpose. The doors are very loud when opening and closing, but we didn't really mind that. The shower head in the bathtub is pretty difficult to operate and water starts to splash into all directions. Also some people might mind the fact, that its located directly opposite of a bus depot, so have to be prepared for some kind of noise..My little son loved watching the buses and everything going on tho. Also there should be more instructions for the waste disposal, as there is no bins within a very close vicinity.

Lovely, well appointed flat with easy access. Nice amount of room and bathrooms for our group, comfy kitchen chairs; great laundry facility.
Location being across the street from Lothian bus depot was pretty rough as all the buses left early in the morning and came in late at night so it was very noisy. We had to wear earplugs each night. I do wish we had some communication before checking out so that we knew what was expected of us. I did reach out the night before we left but received no response.
