City Centre New Town 2 Bedroom Flat

Excellent location, comfortably furnished and generally well equipped. The property has some character and the decor is very pleasant. The main bedroom and en-suite are spacious, as are the sitting room and dining kitchen. Furnishings and equipment are generally of a good standard. The area is reasonably quiet for a city centre, with little traffic noise. The yard area is well kept too, with potted plants and hanging baskets as in the publicity pictures.

The layout does mean that there is very little ventilation in the two rear rooms, which in even modestly warm weather get quite hot and a little stuffy. The level of equipment is generally very good; plenty of cutlery and crockery, but the supplied pots and pans are too small/ few for 4 or 5 people, and as we were staying for 4 days the provision of only two small waste and recycling bins, with no spare liners or outside bins was inadequate.

O apartamento era ótimo. Excelentes condições para cozinhar em casa. Local muito tranquilo e seguro.

The cleanliness is unsatisfactory during our stay there as following: 1. Urine under the en suite toilet seat 2. Hair inside both of the toilet drawer 3. Dust on all window sill & chest tables 4. Dirty marks on cushions (it is likely the blood) 5. Rusty inside the kettle so I didn’t use it 6. Don’t understand why request the guest need to strip all of the beds and put all of the linen into bathroom before leaving. This should be do by the service housekeeper. I’m not happy with that.
