Cosy apartment near the sea in Las Americas

La zona está bastante céntrica, el alojamiento acogedor, mis peques disfrutaron mucho de las piscinas.

This apartment was in the perfect location for what we wanted and I will definitely stay here again. The communication from the host was the best I have had so far and I come to Tenerife 4 or 5 times a year. It was lovely and quiet in the evening despite being a few minutes walk from Veronica's strip. It was a short walk to Las Americas and also a short walk the other direction to Costa Adeje. Bobo Beach was a five minute walk. Siam Park is also within walking distance and also Costa Adeje Bus Station was a five minute walk. We usually get the bus 40 from the airport which is 3.70 euro. I don't come to Tenerife to watch the tv but if that's your thing then there is plenty of channels to pick from in various different languages. The front door lock took a bit of getting used to but once we got the hang of it it was fine. When unlocking you need to fully cover the key pad with tag until it clicks, then you can turn the lower handle to unlock the door and then open it with the other handle. To lock the door you once again have to fully cover the key pad until it clicks and then turn the lower handle twice to double lock the door. I also don't come to Tenerife to cook but if I did there were lots of facilities and utensils to be able to do so. This apartment was definitely good value for money but if you a looking for the Ritz go pay Ritz prices. Loved the shower! It's a very secure complex which we liked. No air con but that was fine as we opened both doors and a lovely breeze blew through although to be honest we were out all day and evening literally used the apartment to sleep in. The balcony was a nice little sun trap. Will definitely stay here again.

Location is in a quiet residential area very close to restaurants, bars and the beach. Bathroom has been modernised and very clean and nice view from balcony. Pool are never busy and very secluded.

The apartment is a bit tired - some items are in need of replacement. The fridge, cutlery and patio table and chairs are very old. Also, the door onto the patio is unsecure, needs fixing.

The apartment need renovation but over all fair for the money
