The apartment is in a great location within an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean and lovely and modern
The pool bar was only open for the first couple of days that we were there. There could’ve been a few more parasols as these were very low in numbers and a couple of them were broken. Also, on the last day both pools were out of use due to a problem with the water.

Apartment was excellent,very clean
Drawers in the wardrobe were broken but we still had enough storage space.
Could maybe have done with a toaster.
Pool was filthy so unable to use it until the last day of our stay. Lots of refurbishment going on but it didn’t really impact on our stay.

The studio was very nice and comfortable, only 1 issue with studio was the top drawer was broken, I tried to send photos but delivery to email failed. Would have liked a toaster in kitchen, but it was very nice and had a great time.
The hotel ponderosa was in need up updating and decoration and that looked like some of it was getting done, 1st pool was maintained and clean, 2nd one was not and was dirty around and in the pool. The price of studio was too high due to the hotel letting itself down, cleanliness, services and manner of staff.
