how clean our room was, the staff were very accommodating
the apartment next door was being renovated, a lot of noise in early hours

The older man who I presume was the manager at the hotel reception when we arrived was very rude towards us when we were asked to fill in the hotel guest information card.

Locație excelentă! Complexul Ponderosa este foarte frumos!!! Apartamentul este nou, curat, dispune de tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur reușit! Mobilier nou, terasa cu vedere la piscină și ocean, mașină de spălat, filtru de cafea, frigider, cuptor cu microunde, ustensile pentru gătit!! Exista foarte multe magazine și restaurante in apropiere! Aproximativ 5 minute până la Plaja Troya!! Complexul dispune și de locuri de parcare pentru mașină!! Recomand cu drag!! A fost un sejur perfect!!
