Superb location and apartment for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area.

Great location with a stunning view of Lapad bay. Short bus ride into the old town of Dubrovnik. Clean, modern and Nino is a great host.

A few more utensils and crockery are needed or a washing up bowl/plug in the sink as you keep having to put the dishwasher on even for a small amount of items. A dustpan and brush would be handy too.

1/The apartment is comfortable and the interior is modern. 2/The view from the balcony is very impressive and beautiful. 3/The unit owner is helpful.

1/I don't recommend it to the elderly or those who have any health problems, due to the number uncomfortable stairs that you are required to climb daily and on some days more than once. 2/The small size of the only bathroom in the apartment. 3/It happened that my son left some clothes in one of the cupboards in the house and did not realize this until a day after leaving , he contacted the owner to find out how to send them, especially the owner of the unit knows very well that we are still in Croatia for a week, but he told my son that the cleaning lady had thrown out these clothes, in the world of hotels, nothing is disposed for long time to be sure that the client don't need them , and therefore there is something called lost and found or the simplest thing he could have come back to me and call me as i use Croatian line and ask me before acting in this way

De ontvangst. We konden niet binnen bij aanvang, terwijl we achteraf van de eigenaar te horen kregen dat er een sleutel in een kluisje lag. Hij had me evengoed de code van het kluisje kunnen geven toen we aankwamen.

Wunderschön

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik über 4 Nächte. Mia, die sehr freundliche Tochter von unserem Gastgeber Nino, hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns auch wieder dort hingebracht. Das ist eine ziemliche Erleichterung, wenn man einen Koffer dabei hat. Man kann dann mit dem Koffer direkt an die Unterkunft fahren und muss keine Treppen steigen. Der Blick vom Apartement ist wirklich wunderschön, ein kleiner Balkon lädt ein, dort zu frühstücken. Ansonsten ist es eine kleine moderne Wohnung, es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben nicht gekocht, obwohl auch das gut möglich ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend etwas auf dem Berg. Der Strand, der Supermarkt und der Bäcker sowie die Bushaltestelle Nr.4 (zur Altstadt von Dubrovnik) befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, fussläufig 5 Minuten. Die Wohngegend Lapad ist wirklich schön, es gibt viele Restaurants, Live- Musik und Spazierwege mit großen Pinien. Zurück zur Unterkunft muss man dann schon ein paar Treppen hinauf steigen aber für uns gar kein Problem. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt top! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön Nino.
