Nice,clean and comfortable. Nice View. Just the balcony is abit scary when stand close to the edge.

Just the wifi here's not working. Can't do any work.

Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds and ample bathroom space. Amazing views! Resort facilities are great too, especially indoor pool and spa. We stayed over Easter - the egg hunt was a lot of fun for the kids! Easy walking distance to beach and Surfers Paradise, and the tram stop is right at the front. Parking spot and laundry super handy. Quiet and peaceful.

Internet didnt work - we used hot spot exclusively. Kitchen is well equiped but running low on cutlery. Our teens said the slides were too full-on (fast and bumped their heads) Construction site across the road - but thats all of Surfers!

The location isn’t too far from the beach, and shops. The tram station is right outside the property, which we found very convenient. But it’s also in a great spot where you can walk to most places. The hotel pool is great for the kids. I just wished we had booked through mantra and not the host company.

The property itself was lovely and had great potential, but unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. When we arrived, the apartment was very hot and had a strong smell of old cooked food, which wasn’t a great first impression. We paid $1600 for two nights for a group of seven people, yet were only provided four towels to share for the entire stay. For a “fully self-contained” apartment, we expected a few basic amenities like milk or coffee pods for the coffee machine, but there were none.we called the host to request more towels. They said they would bring some around, but never showed. The listing also mentioned a BBQ, which was one of the reasons we booked — but there wasn’t one at all, meaning we couldn’t cook the food we brought specifically for that. Even simple kitchen utensils were lacking — there was no egg flip, so we had to turn eggs with a wooden spoon. We tried to make the best of it and have a family night with the Jumanji board game, only to find most of the pieces missing — not sure why it’s even there. There was also a welcome card saying, “Enjoy this gift on us,” but no gift to be found. We rarely get to go on holidays and wanted to make this one special for our kids, but we were left very disappointed. Next time, we’ll book directly through Mantra instead of a host — I think we would have received better service and basic essentials, like enough towels.
