We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was spacious and catered for our group of 7. The view was fantastic and the apartment was central to Cavill Ave, the G Link and the tram. The pool facilities were great too.

The service of Kevin (managing agent) was excellent but the apartment was problematic. The aircon (albeit having many instructions) just isn't working enough to cool the house. On 2 of the 30+ days, we had to leave the house as it was just too hot despite the zones being used as per instructions. The beds + unit size + furniture is excellent but the aircon really does let the place down. The pool was also not great for kids and I would say this is definately an adults building only. Was a nice experience but I will not stay here again. I think the Q1 overall is grossly overrated.
