Location and resort were very nice.
The lack of response after we actually needed supplies we weren’t even fully stocked of when we arrived so we had to buy our own.

Great location and facilities. The front desk employees were very kind and restaurant on property was also great.
The cleaning and extra fees included with the booking were quite high. We were met with more fees by the resort itself (these weren't mentioned in the booking). The front desk did not have our booking on record, so they needed to make a new one upon our arrival. Also there is a gap under the front door, which may explain how the dead cockroach under the bed got into the room.
