We loved staying on such a lovely peaceful boat and walking along the banks of the Seine.

It was wonderful to stay near the centre of Rouen on a boat on the Seine. The boat was beautifully cared for, it was very quiet and safe in the harbour and Elize went out of her way to make us welcome.

Charming & special place to stay on the water

Adorable, well equipped boat moored on the quay. Fantastic communication with host and excellent instructions for finding & accessing it. Very helpful. Loved the breakfast & all the little touches. Made it feel very personal and special. Wonderful to go to sleep looking out at the water.

Rouen itself is not easy to drive around. Many roads were closed or had diversions. Quite tricky to find the right road in from the south. Not the problem of the property - more of Rouen itself! The boat was perfect!

Amazing is an understatement! The hosts were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. I dropped my car keys in the water and they came out and fished them out with a magnet. The accommodation was perfect and a great location to explore Rouen. I would recommend ten times over! Thank you Elise and Alain!

Elise met us with the keys and was very charming, showed us around the boat and we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation for two nights. A super location a 10 minute walk into central Rouen. The boat was very comfortable and sitting on the stern with drinks in the evening sun was perfect. Thank you.

You ask how was breakfast? Not included but we had time time to find supermarket. Extra blanket on bed was appreciated, it's cooler on the water. Great directions given with GPS and videos of how things work. Best fun had with next door neighbours and their friends, shared a super unplanned evening of stories and laughter. Merci pour les bons souvenirs

All was really good, we didn't use the bicycles as handlebar seemed loose but knew we could have phoned to sort it as owner very approachable. We chose to walk the 45 minutes to town centre. I didn't think we'd have to clean before next guests no problem but maybe I missed it on Booking. We expected to be closer to town by description but happy out

De boot was keurig netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. In havengebouw waren de douches. Ligging was in een industriële haven, door weg werkzaamheden nu wat lastig te bereiken maar eigenaresse was zeer behulpzaam via app. Prachtige ervaring.

Davvero suggestivo passare una notte in barca . Abbiamo mangiato direttamente lì peccato essere stati svegliati da una pioggia battente altrimenti sarebbe stato meraviglioso. Pulito e riscaldato . Parcheggio perfetto .
