Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ein Traum, ebenso der Blick von der Terrasse. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man benötigt, Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ein sehr gutes Lokal inklusive Mini-Shop ist fußläufig erreichbar, für alles andere empfiehlt sich ein Auto oder Taxi. Der Bus von Njivice nach Herceg Novi fährt nur ein paarmal am Tag.

This villa is a real paradise on earth! The views are breathtaking. It takes only 1 minute to get to the beach (which is almost private). It offers everything you need: free sunbeds, washing machine and even a barbecue.

The main advantage is the view from the window and parking.
The apartments are very old. I felt like I had gone back in time 20 years. The towels are in very poor condition, old, stiff, torn and with a bad smell. The bedding is also very old. The whole house smells of mold and the bathroom shower is covered in mold.
