Standen ca 30 min vor dem Tor und keiner machte uns auf … email wurde mir gesendet doch leider habe ich es übersehen und hatte darauf hin nicht geantwortet. Kann man nicht den Gast dann mal telefonisch kontaktieren und fragen wann er kommt oder wenigstens ein Code durchgeben damit man rein kommt? Sauna fonktionnierte nicht richtig und Wasser Pfütze davor auf dem Boden…wir waren gezungen Handtücher auszulegen …Dusche gab es nicht nur eine brause im Whirlpool oder im Schlafzimmer in der freistehende Badewanne! Kein sichtschutz am außen Fenster vor der Sauna …unangenehm wenn man in der Sauna Sitz und das Gefühl man könnte von außen beobachtet werden !!!… Ethanol Kamin nach kurze Zeit aus und kein Ersatz … Batterien für Kerzen waren leer und wurden nicht ausgetauscht . Für diesen PREIS „315€ die Nacht“ muss alles perfekt sein was in unseren Fall nicht war . Wir wollten eigentlich irgendwann die andere Suite buchen aber wir sind bisschen enttäuscht gewesen. Angegeben war die Suite mit ca250 qm was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht denn die volle Fläche bekommt man nur bei 4 Personen … die Seite bei booking sollte dringend angepasst werden.

Hele sfeervolle binnenkomst. Aardige mevrouw. Heerlijk rustige locatie.
De beschrijving van booking.com was niet de realiteit. Bij aankomst moesten wij bijbetalen omdat we iedereen een eigen bed nodig hadden. De gezellige kaarsjes en openhaard is alleen de eerste avond van toepassing. Jacuzzi buiten was niet beschikbaar.
