Cozy apartment. Felt like home from home 🏡

A little noisy in the evening with the neighbours up and down the stairs but once they were inside their apartment I couldn’t hear them.

Wonderful seaside escape

Great location, stunning apartment ideal for visiting many places. Bed is comfy with good quality bedding. The shower was great, and there was everything we needed generally. Can't fault it. Excellent for the beach even in February,!! Walked into Filey along the beach which took about an hr. Inghams for the best Fish & Chips. Nice pub on site that is a tad expensive but that's the way of it on sites, nice & welcoming with good service. No. 12 bus from Filey bus station besides Tesco for £3 gets you back after a tipple if you've walked in & the tide beats you home 😊. All in all a wonderful few days away that we will definitely be repeating.

Nice relaxing stay

Nice little welcome pack, everything you needed and more in the kitchen. Didn’t have chance to use the leisure facilities but would next time. Happily stay here again 🙂

A fantastic dog friendly location.

A fantastic flat with free parking and short stroll to the dog friendly beach. A laisure pass was included but we did jot use the facilities as travelled with a baby and a dog. Short walk along the beach to Filey. The host offers celebration packages for special occasions with balloons and chocolates which we took advantage of. We have ready recommended the appartment to friends.

We had a minor issue with a baby cot not snapping into place which was not the owners fault unless previously reported. We would also advise on a cheap ikea high chair as the one in the flat is only suitable for bigger children. Also having hooks on the back of the doors for coats and towels would be beneficial. But those just our personal needs.

Fantastic dog friendly mini break on the coast

Loved the location, decor, kitchen well equipped. Large bed, good shower. Lovely and warm, no issue parking or gaining access. Allowed dogs.

The sofa was stylish but so uncomfortable.

Amazing location Everything you could want .oven dishwasher washing machine. Two big Tvs.comfy beds So clean too. Nice little touches for Christmas Like a home from home

The property was twenty minutes of looking for it as the sandy feet door sign wasn’t on it . Telephoned the owner to ask location .

Nice comfortable apartment on a well planned village.

Well laid out village with an excellent overall appearance our apartment was excellent and served our purposes only downside the outside rocker switch for lights in the stairway upstairs did not work which proved dangereous at night time when leaving our apartment. Cleaning staff said they had reported this several times.

Signage on the site a little misleading otherwise a good experience shop was adequate not alot of choice but had the basics. The Apartment was well equiped and very comfortable excellent bathroom and very comfy bed thank you to Jo the hostess for preparing the apartment and making us welcome.

Cozy, convenient, home away from home!

It was a really cozy, comfortable, well situated and homely space! The decor was very tasteful and it was the property literally had everything needed- just like in your own home! Hair dryer, white goods, vacuum, etc! Spacious walk-in shower, built in televisions in living room and bedroom., all utensils and everything needed in kitchen, sofa bed etc Owner really thought the space out really well with how much was available for guests to ensure maximum convenience!

Not much to say that we didn’t like to be fair! The only thing maybe structurally was to have a back door access to the car park at the back but that’s minor and understandably not possible with the way block was built.

The apartment was beautifuly furnished and spotlessly clean, there were 2 other parties staying but didn't have such pleasant decor.

The corridor stairs smelled damp, could do with some air flow. And the corridor light switch outside our door didn't work to light stairs for us.

Great apartment in lovely location!

Great location on a nice park with good facilities for the kids and a short 10 min walk to the beach which is beautiful ❤️.The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It had all the facilities you could want including a washing machine which would be useful for longer stays. Communication was easy and efficient and self check in was convenient. Little welcome package which was lovely as I always forget to bring coffee🤣. Overall, a really nice stay and I'd definitely come back!

Sofa bed was small but there was an additional fold out bed although this was a bit flimsy. My kids just about fit on it. Pub on site wasn't great but no relation to apartment.

Property is a bit tired needs a revamp, couldn’t open any windows which on a hot day made it quite stuffy also no extractor in bathroom which added to the problem

Quiet location.

No goodie basket as advertised (albeit not a negative just don’t advertise what isn’t going to be given). Couldn’t use tv in lounge due to poor internet service during our whole stay. Some bits looking a bit tired e.g shower screen seal and kitchen lights. No lakeside or beach view.

it’s cozy and they left a welcome pack

dust behind all furniture that was visible as the furniture wasn’t against the walls. hairs in the shower when we arrived and stains on the towels. wifi stopped working after the first night and the tv in the living room then wouldn’t work because of the no wifi. tv in the bedroom was ridiculously slow too. the microwave also we couldn’t figure it out
