The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The site was pristine, and both Filey and Bridlington were in easy reach. We enjoyed using the on site indoor pool.

Beautiful decor, a lovely balance of cute ducks and tasteful modern furnishings. Everything was catered for with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. All very clean. Communication was excellent and the location is great. 1000% recommended.

Easy location to access surrounding beaches, easy walk to the beach.
No parking was full up by other properties not allocated to one space each, bathroom was dirty shower curtain especially, hot water was not working on arrival, road was very noisy at nighttime, dogs all around in neighbouring properties in very close proximity barking at all hours, could hear the people in a-joining houses through the walls.
