Everything was lovely and the views stunning Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Really lovely property with great space, stocked with everything you could possibly need and a great location. We would definitely recommend and stay again and the owner was very helpful with local recommendations for the area and made sure everything was set up for our arrival. It was wonderful waking up with such amazing views and seeing the animals in the morning, very idyllic and relaxing

We had to pay an extra £150 on arrival for the hot tub, booking.com listed this as an amenity and it’s not mentioned when you go through to book so feel this should be made clearer on site

We liked, the setting, the views, the hosts' interaction with us, the rooms, the space, the decor, the many pieces of kitchen equipment, condiments, white goods, the fact that there were plenty of bathroom/shower options to cover the whole family, the large table in Zoe's cottage easily accommodated our gathering of 7, the fact that a dog was allowed, the outdoor seating and we loved to see the many pets on site. There were lots of board games and videos to suit all ages and tastes and TVs in every room. We also liked the recycling facilities. The hosts were quick to put right a non-working bulb for us

The cottages were well occupied by a host of spiders which we ousted due to family preferences. The sudden drop down into the car parking area caught us out on arrival but was OK thereafter. Maybe this could be built up a bit or a warning sign erected. The Wi-fi signal was poor/non-existent but that meant for a peaceful, non-tech week. These aren't complaints, they are just observations.

Fantastic location, great accommodation, clean and tidy, hosts Steve and Zoe and fantastic... lovely place to stay..!
