Spacious and comfortable. Everything catered for during our stay. Great location for exploring the Peak District. Private and quiet location. Host kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.

Superb property . Plenty of room for 10 adults and a baby and the most dog friendly house we have ever stayed in . Nicky is a superb host- met us with an amazing welcome pack . We were celebrating my husband’s 60th and grandson’s first birthday . We had cakes / beer/ whiskey / chocolate’s along with milk/ fruit juice etc . There were also treats for our dog . There are 2 fridge freezers so plenty of storage for food and we arranged a Tesco delivery that worked really well . The house is beautifully decorated . There is plentiful hot water and lots of lovely large towels - as well as shower gel etc . There is a large table in the kitchen for breakfasts and lunch and then a formal Dining table if you want to use it . Plenty of board games / cards if the weather is bad . TV etc , but we didn’t use it - too busy walking . We knew the area well and Monyash is also a great location . Plenty of walks but also lovely towns and Chatsworth . Something for everyone .

Lovely homely property with a beautiful garden. Nice social communal areas. The kitchen is very well stocked which makes visiting for a few days very easy. Nick was absolutely lovely and added lots of personal touches to ensure we had an amazing stay.

Everything. Friendly owner who greeted us in a timely manner and showed us around. A lovely, spacious house off the beaten track. Well furnished with a beautiful garden. All mod cons including barbeque, plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as glasses, games and books. It suited us brilliantly. The are also has some wonderful walks, lovely towns and villages and some great pubs.
