Location. Layout.
Outside was dirty. Tables/chairs were filthy. Trash on the grounds, under the steps and assorted other areas outside. Beach chairs, umbrellas were broken and unusable. The pool had slimy area, most likely sunscreen, along the edge/bottom on the side next to unit.
