Location is great. Everything is in walking distance. House set up is good. The management company needs to take better care of the property. Lawn wasnt cut so large painful stickers were everywhere. You have to park on the lawn and the stickers were all over our shoes and pet. These weren't the soft stickers, they are spurweeds which are hard and painful. The hurricane shutters are still attached to the house which is tacky yet there is a storage shed on the property that they should have been properly put away. The hurricanes were a year ago. The hose nozzle is broken. There are empty rusted planters around the property. Sinple little things that if a property manager should have taken care of. Overall nice house and great location, just needs to be better kept up.
