Overall very nice experience.

Great quality overall, everything was new and high standard. New appliances, great terrace and view. The size of the apartment was very good for 3/4 persons. There is lift in the location which helps with luggage. There is a carport available and wi-fi signal was good. I would recommend this location.

There was no soap available in the bathroom.

A very stylish apartment near the centre of Axams

This is a very well appointed apartment decorated in a Scandinavian style. The location is very convenient for the centre of Axams where frequent buses to/from Innsbruck can be caught. If staying two or more nights, an Innsbruck Welcome Card is available which gives free public transport in the Innsbruck area (three nights or more gives a ride on the the Oberperfuss Gondola). There is a very nice shop and cafe below the apartment. It is a short walk to an excellent farm shop (only open restricted hours)

There are a few minor practical things that could be improved. Bedside tables would be useful. A teapot in the kitchen would have been nice (they are sold in the shop downstairs). We had difficulty using the Smart TV. We could get an endless number of channels we were not interested in, but found it hard to find the basic Austrian ORF channels! Some instructions would have been useful.

Die geschmackvolle, neue skandinavische Ausstattung. Alles ist sehr wertig - vom Geschirr über das Badezimmer, die Möbel und der schöne Holzboden.

Wir hätten etwas mehr Küchenausstattung gebraucht (z.B. Pfannen und Weingläser), aber das ist vernachlässigbar gegenüber der herrlichen Atmosphäre in der Wohnung.

Im Großen und Ganzen okay. Zu teuer für dass was geboten wird

Sehr gute Lage. Große Wohnküche und Wohnraum, sehr gemütlich. Großes Badezimmer mit WC. Das Schlafzimmer klein, aber okay. Schöner Balkon mit Ausblick in die Berge. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir bekamen einen kleinen geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum am 24.12. vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür.

In der großen Dusche kein Ablagefach für Shampoo etc. Leider auch im Schlafzimmer nur ein Minischrank und ein wackeliges Gestell. Für eine Woche Aufenthalt zu wenig. Das Geschirr war tlw. nicht sauber. WC Papier mussten wir kaufen, es war nur eine halbe Rolle vorhanden. Leider gingen auch trotz vorhandener ORF Karte die Sender nicht ohne Code, den wir nicht hatten.

Nette Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie ist ruhig und hat ausserdem einen grossen Balkon. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Auch das Badezimmer ist gross mit einer guten Dusche.

Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und man muss höllisch aufpassen, dass man sich nicht die Zehen an den Bettpfosten anschlägt. Der Ausblick auf den nicht so sauberen Bauernhof auf der anderen Seite ist nicht so schön. Es hat keine Tischsets, so dass man die Teller direkt auf die Tischplatte stellen muss.

Comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht appartement

Het comfort zoals een fijn bed, een fijne (bed)bank, een smart tv. Daarnaast ook de smaakvolle inrichting en het uitgebreide en mooie servies.

De inrichting had iets meer uitstraling mogen hebben. Ik vond het wel erg “plain”. Daarnaast vind ik de check-in tijd zeer laat en de check-out tijd aan de vroege kant. Van tevoren leek de verhuurder niet erg flexibel met vroeg inchecken of bagage neerleggen, maar ter plekke viel dat gelukkig erg mee.

Qualitätativ hochwertig, ideal gelegen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage im kleinen Ort Axum ist ideal. Das kleine Lädchen mit originellem Kaffee ist eine Bereicherung.
