Lovely and clean.
Free car parking immediately outside.
Comfy bed.
Useful sofa bed.
Very efficient hot water system.
The hill!
Had hoped for more of a sea view!
It needs a bedside table and bedside usb charging points. Squeaky bathroom door!
Frying pans have seen better days!
Not too keen on the very thin cutlery handles. But I am a fuss pot

Loved the balcony in the evening, glass of wine in hand, watching the sunset!
Everything clean and modern. Bed very comfortable.
Situated in a nice part of Perranporth. Lovely views of surrounding countryside and the bay.
WiFi was hopeless… turned it off and had to use 4G
Hot during our stay- could go with a lightweight summer duvet as the duvet was a winter duvet or at least a fan to cool the bedroom at night

Lovely property, loads of storage which helped the property feel spacious even with all our own stuff. Having a bath and shower felt luxurious for the size of accommodation. We had been left a lovely welcome package, with local produce which we were very grateful for. Clear instructions for entry and nice and close to town centre.
Not a big problem, but be aware to take basic cleaning products, salt and pepper etc if staying for a week. This can’t be helped but again to be aware of, the walk up to the property from town is via a very steep hill. The outside space does overlook a private garden which does feel invasive.
