A good small getaway for group/family

The best thing was the location and how close it was to the beach, we sadly didn’t get the best weather but we made it work as we could. The house was spacious and plenty of room for a family or small group. There’s majority of the things you’d need already provided which is good. The little water running in front of the house is a nice little space to chill in the morning!

The place is not spotless clean so if you’re a clean freak this is not for you! There’s areas that could be better cleaned and changed to make the place more cleaner for guests such as bathroom window and shower curtain that looked like it was either dirt or mould at the bottom. Also as it’s pet friendly - we did find some waste left from previous guests’ pets around garden area which is not ideal but just another thing that might matter in general for cleanliness. Being a shared property with the hosts might put down others from staying due to noise and having little privacy in the house as everything can be heard.

Location is fantastic, 10 minutes from the beach, fantastic park round the corner with a tennis court, high street is literally a stones throw away, saved a fortune on parking and driving as we walked all round the village! The annex was like a home from home, warming, cosy, clean and very well furnished.

Wonderful, definitely one to rebook.

Decorated beautifully. Sofa and beds very comfortable. Very clean. Nice little welcome pack, Becky even got us a pint of milk in so we could have cuppa when we arrived. Kids loved having a TV in their and our room as we usually get invaded for morning cuddles and cartoons. The hot tub was a fam favourite too. The walk to the beach/town is on the flat. The park and tennis courts are just behind the property (but no so close you hear kids)

Not a problem for us short arsed but some taller folk might struggle with the height of the shower and a low beam in the hall that my partner kept walking into, ha.

We had a lovely stay at Tenniside, although the weather wasn’t perfect it was ideal having such a lovely place to spend some time when the rain showers hit! The hot tub was a favourite with our group and enough outside space to relax (including hammock) and in an ideal location too! The hosts were also very generous in allowing an earlier check in - very accommodating and also received a message mid stay just checking in on us which was lovely.

The bunk bed was a little creaky which woke me up a couple of times but the bed itself is very comfortable and this wasn’t a big issue

Exceptional

A truly amazing place to stay, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. You could waste hours in the garden, using the hot tub, relaxing in the hammock whilst reading a book or just sitting at the table drinking a coffee or something slightly more refreshing. Ideal location with beautiful surroundings, the beach is a 5 minute walk away or there is a park just next to the house if you fancy stretching your legs. Everything about this cottage screams comfort, relax and enjoy... which we did. THANK YOU !!!

Great find in a pretty and quiet location

Location was great, hot tub was a nice treat. Comfy sofa and throws for relaxing when you got back at night. Very helpful to have tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and breakfast cereal provided.

Chairs in garden not very comfortable for sitting on for very long- I like to have a cuppa and listen to the birds first thing in a morning - it was fine for a short stay but would have been an issue for longer. Obviously there was the hot tub but usage is different and you don't always have time or want to get wet and have a shower so not an actual alternative.

Superb

It was close by to the town and where we needed to go the next day. Lovely location and loved how quiet the area was. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

We got lost as didn't know where the annexe was and once we found the place, we didn't know the key safe code and tried contacted them but no reply. Luckily the host live next door and were happy to help and managed to sort out this very quickly.

Made to feel at home in this comfortable property with hot tub a short walk from Perranporth beach.

Lovely property, immaculately clean and a short walk from the beach and bus stop. Friendly, helpful hosts who left a generous welcome pack of seasonal treats. Triple bunk bed was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the hot tub too!

Not everyone may be comfortable with being so close to hosts (the annexe is part of main house) as noise travelled both ways. There were a few things (like a hairdryer, wooden spoon) that would make the well-stocked house even better.

Stylish, clean property close to the beach and highstreet.

Fantastic hosts, lots of amazing little touches (hamper of goodies and dog goodies) that made the stay really special. Beautiful decor, short walk from the beach and high street. Great use of space! When we needed a cork screw, they quickly brought this over!

The annexe was very homely and clean. Good location near the beach and other attractions. Arrived to a nice hamper so that we can have teas and coffees.
