Both the beach and the boating lake are less than a quarter of a mile away, the beach offering 3 miles of golden sands, popular with surfers and families. Perranporth lies along the northern edge of the St Agnes Heritage Coast, leading towards Chapel Porth Beach (6 miles) and Porthtowan Beach (8 miles). The bustling resort of Newquay is to the north (8.5 miles), while attractions inland include Lappa Valley, Llama Lland, Penrose Water Gardens and Cornwall Gold, all within 11 miles.
On entering this charming ground-floor apartment, you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which provides a lovely space for everyone to settle back and relax in after a great day spent enjoying a fabulous part of the Cornish coast. The peaceful lounge has a Smart TV and comfortable seating, and leads to a thoughtfully arranged and fully equipped kitchen space with a sociable central dining table.
