Flamenco Style Apartment PALACIO REAL, La Latina

The location was fantastic, it is such a wonderful area and there are many amenities around. The host was also very friendly and responsive. The apartment was clean, had a good TV and nice view. In a pretty building. The apartment looked a bit scruffier than the photos but I suppose that is to be expected.

The main issue for us was the lock on the door. It is an electronic lock and if it is not locked correctly it unlocks itself and is quite loud ( it can also be locked and unlocked remotely). It did this at 2am , woke me up and I was a bit freaked out. The host sent a video about the lock but it was in Spanish so not super clear. It is important to not only press the button but also turn the handle all the way. Even if it looks locked you still have to turn the handle. We also had to communicate with a third party and pay an extra 30 euros for a crib which we didn't realise until after booking. There is an elevator but you can't access it until after the first flight of stairs, so be aware if you have motility issues or a stroller.

Location, clean, had all we needed

Anfitrões muito atentos, respondem rapido e são solicitos. Localização com facil acesso a cidade, perto do palacio e da catedral, com muita opção gastronomica proxima. As almodafas e cobertores eram bons. Eu recomendo a hospedagem para familias que tenham crianças pequenas, o espaço foi OK para 2 adultos e 2 crianças.

As camas eram muito moles, e pode ser barulhento a noite devido a localização central.
