L’appartement est climatisé, cuisine équipée et proche du tram et non loin de la place de la comédie

L’appartement est bien climatisé et propre . Le propriétaire très courtois,réactif.
Tout était correct dans l’ensemble. Juste préciser qu’il n’y a pas de climatiseur dans une des chambres et que le parking est sécurisé et non couvert.

The apartment was a good size for 4 adults and great having 2 bathrooms and WC’s.
The smell in the foyer and stairwell. I guess that comes with an older building.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement du logement, proche du tram permettant d'aller rapidement en centre ville de Montpellier. La taille de l'appartement est idéale pour 4 personnes. Le toit terrasse est vraiment très agréable au soleil.
Dommage, beaucoup de détails donnent une qualité très moyenne à l'appartement: - Eclairage trop faible le soir dans la pièce principale. - Portes entre les pièces ne fermaient pas très bien, la poignée des WC était même cassée. - Le lave vaisselle fonctionnait mais laissait échapper de l'eau au milieu de la cuisine. - Qualité des couverts très moyenne - Table salle à manger bancale
