Tudo certinho, limpeza e acomodações confortáveis. Bairro tranquilo, próximo às estações do TRAM.

Well located on a quiet street just next to a tram stop. Shops only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was quite small but fairly well equipped and the owner was very reactive on messages if there was any problem which was great. The apartment had a lock box so it was convenient for multiple people staying.
Some minor issues that were resolved or noted quickly by the owner.

Périphérie proche de du centre ville, 3 chambres avec Clim réversibles . Coin cuisine avec thé et café. Communication aisée, mise à disposition des clés sécurisée. Bien pour une escale.

We really loved the location on a beautiful, quiet street in a real neighborhood. The tram was half a block away. Anytime I messaged Phillipe he answered right away and was very helpful. We had a code to access the apartment and got a little confused because it was on the first floor, which in Europe is not the ground floor. They did ask for 800€ damage deposit, but it never came out of our account.
