Apartment was everything as described.
Clean and tidy, fresh towels, fresh linen.
5 minutes walk to sea front. Close to town.
Quiet street and only a few minutes walk to west cliff car park.
Having to renew parking each morning, not the cheapest.
Maybe owner should consider parking scratch card that's if you're able to park on street.

The design and ease of use.
It is in need of a good clean, lots of cobwebs and the oven & trays covered in grease (put the trays through the dishwasher to clean them before use).
The decor is showing signs of wear and tear in high traffic areas - for example the kitchen doors due to no handles ( peeling surfaces).
The bathroom sink if you turn the water up too much shoots over the sink on to the toilet and floor.
