The design and ease of use.
It is in need of a good clean, lots of cobwebs and the oven & trays covered in grease (put the trays through the dishwasher to clean them before use). The decor is showing signs of wear and tear in high traffic areas - for example the kitchen doors due to no handles ( peeling surfaces). The bathroom sink if you turn the water up too much shoots over the sink on to the toilet and floor.
