Comfortable beds and good location. Sweet host.
Thin walls. Loud neighbors who fought every night. Some noise from nearby train station. Stepping in and out of shower was a little dangerous due to a step.

Guisy is a gem! She welcomed us with open arms, and farewelled us with warm pastries and focaccia. Excellent location a few minutes from train station to access Cinque Terre and easy walk to restaurants on main street. Room are extra large, 2 balconies. Well stocked kitchen with herbs and spices to use. Coffee making machine. Felt welcomed like family. Has lift in building.

The property and the hostess were both excellent! The location was great for exploring Cinque Terre (take the train) and for a walk through La Spezia, which we also enjoyed the night we arrived. The train station (to Cinque Terre) is about a 5 minute walk, even if you are dragging excessive luggage, yet we were never disturbed by train noise. We felt very safe in the apartment and the surrounding area. There is a small grocery store very close that we used for groceries. The hostess is a gem! She provided cold water when we arrived, which was very much appreciated after several hours of travel on a warm July day, and she provided helpful information about how to navigate the area. She also provided breakfast on our last day, which we absolutely loved, and she gave each of us a souvenir of our stay! Thank you for your hospitality! My mother, two teenage daughters, and I all loved this apartment. It had everything we needed, including plenty of space, and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again and stay here.
Can’t think of anything we didn’t like, except I wish we had stayed longer. Everything was great!
