Fantastic house for a family getaway

Perfect for our family get away! This was by far the cleanest self catering accommodation i have ever stayed at. It was like the kitchen was brand new. All the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable with great ensuites. There was a lovely fire in the dining room which made our family meals super cozy. There were 2 living rooms as well as a great outdoor space. Location was also ideal. Less than a minute walk to the main street with bakeries, pubs and great local shops. In the morning we went for a beautiful run up to a waterfall. The foot path and a cycle path are right on the doorstep. The owner greeted us and took us through everything we needed to know. He could not have done more for us. We are already talking about booking again for next year.

Fabulous property close to the town

Beautiful, spacious and very cosy property. Really close to the Main Street. Beds were really comfortable and quality bed linen and towels.plenty of utensils, glasses etc. Host was very helpful and friendly. The two bottles of Prosecco he left for us was a really nice touch. Our group of ten had a really nice stay.

Wonderful and cozy house in beautiful Scotland.

We had a wonderful stay in Annfield House. David as the host was very kind and helpful during our stay. The house is very spacious, stylish, comfortable and very cozy with all the equipment needed. It also has a nice garden. The area nearby is very quiet and Callander is very nice town and a good base for trips. There are also many hiking places to go for nature lovers with spectacular views eveywhere. It was a great time and we would gladly return one day.

Great stay in well appointed, luxurious villa

Lovely house, just what we were looking for to accommodate our family for our daughter’s wedding nearby. All rooms en-suite or with private bathroom, all with quality toiletries. Beds very comfortable. Large dining room, 2 lounges and wonderful kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you could think of, including 2 dishwashers. The house was perfect for our needs. You can see the owners take great pride in it and every room is well appointed and luxurious.

The house was amazing, beds were very comfy, lots of added extras, milk, Prosecco and tea cakes ect! David just can’t do enough to make your stay amazing, went above and beyond to ensure we had a freezer! We are already talking about booking it for next year!

Exceptional

Central location was superb. Ample parking off road at the side. Within very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Actual accommodation on 3 floors was ideal for the 9 of us. 3 grandchildren so the one twin bedroom on the 2nd floor for the 2 girls using the family bathroom next to it and mum and dad next door with the en suite. Upper floor for my wife and I, and our son and wife, both with en suites, with grandson in third room using the family bathroom. All beds were very comfy and huge. Bathrooms beautiful with toiletries supplied. Comfy 2 lounges in 2nd floor. Well appointed kitchen and dining room on ground floor. Drinks fridge in dining room was great. The whole house was beautiful. Alison and David were perfect hosts and the welcoming Prosecco and other goodies were a nice touch. Had a brilliant family Golden Wedding weekend with the back garden being a bonus too!

Plenty of areas to gather as a group. Beds were very comfortable. Location excellent within walking distance to town center. David was very friendly and helpful with advice for walking. The home made our family time so much more enjoyable.

David was the perfect host and the property was exceptional. The rooms were all beautufully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay. The prosecco, local bread and milk were a lovely touch too.

A fantastic time staying in Annfield House, perfect for family get togethers!

This was a gorgeous property, so much character with everything that you'd need during your stay. The hosts were really friendly and helpful with additional requests. The location was perfect too, close to the centre of Callander. We were able to enjoy their garden with the weather allowing us to make use of their barbeque! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Really beautiful place to stay when visiting Callander and surroundings

Annfield House is really stunning all the decor and rooms are all on point. There is a nicely equipped kitchen with all the things you need for your stay, there is even a bbq that we used. The beds are really comfortable and each bedroom has a private bathroom.
