Brilliant, we all had a good chilled catch-up in a lovely environment.

Comfy, clean cottage unfortunately spoiled by lack of advertised features, which had influenced our choice of venue when

Lovely, modern, clean cottage in a good location. Hot tub was a highlight and communal areas in kitchen and living room very comfortable and sociable.

The listed facilities were unfortunately lacking. The advertised pizza oven, which we bought ingredients for our party of 8 was not available. When questioned, the host advised it had been broken 3 times recently and so had been removed. Whilst I sympathise with this - it’s not my problem. No offer of goodwill gesture to cover cost of what had been bought. Pool table is ripped and there are only two usable darts rendering the facilities less than ideal for planned darts and pool tournament. For the sake of a set of flights the darts issue would be easily sorted but just seems to have been forgotten about. The pool table I understand would not be cheap to fix but an honest listing of the state of it would be advisable. Loads of balls but not a full set of spots/stripes between them. Sofa bed in games room stained. Other games listed in kitchen were incomplete and unusable due to missing playing cards/uno/dobble and connect 4 pieces. Finally, no prior notice of no fake tan in the hot tub. By luck, this didn’t affect us but this should be advised well in advance to allow people to plan accordingly.

Lovely clean house with nice grounds.

Staff came to the house unannounced at 9.30 am on Saturday morning. I found this an invasion of privacy. There was no need for this to happen as came round the back without ringing the front door and into our personal space.

It was comfortable, and loud cation was very good.

No locks on the bathroom doors. No shower gel or soap in the bathrooms. Could have been more homely, eg pictures on walls.

Very large and spacious kitchen dinning area. Very clean and well renovated. Comfortable bedrooms and beds. Good off street parking and ability to turn car around. Separate pool room.

Kitchen utensils and pots and pans needed a good scrub before using. Unusual extractor fan in kitchen made clicking sounds. No laundry tablets and no soap or body wash provided. Disappointed we could not run a load of clothes washing.

Great, would do it again.

The house is very spacious and modern and the hot tub is great. The garden area is brilliant for sitting out in the sun which we had good weather for. The outhouse for the pool and darts was also great.

Water pressure was an issue, both mornings we found it difficult to have a shower. Pool table and cues were a bit worn but by no means unusable.

The house was beautiful and the amenities could have been a little better (a roof for the hot tub just in case it rains and maybe some better pool table equipment) but it was still amazing!!!! So close to many shops and restaurants, perfect for a family or a group getaway!

Enclosed garden, the games room and hot tub. Lovely entertaining kitchen/diner.

We couldn't get the TVs in the games room or kitchen to work, the TV in the lounge worked. As it holds 10 people, a dishwasher would be great, not a huge issue but a suggestion for the future.

Hidden Gem of Bannockburn.

The cottage was modern, airy and spacious, spotlessly clean. Perfect for our large group. The hottub and extra games room outside were an added bonus. Plenty of private parking space.

The cottage is stunning inside and out. Just of the M9 so easy to get too with amenities close by so perfectly located. Spotlessly clean throughout. Hot tub is decent size and one of the nicest I have been in. Summer/out house has pool table and darts for entertainment. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining area which has a large table and great for socialising. Beautiful decorated throughout. Paul made sure we had everything we needed and is friendly and approachable being a phone call away if we needed any help. Thanks for an amazing stay and allowing us to celebrate a 50th birthday here! Lovely memories made ♥️

Everything was AMAZING 🤩💯 Spotless, great facilities, beautiful rooms and living space. Games room and hot tub are excellent, boys loved them. Definitely be booking again soon. Paul the host was really attentive , responding to questions and ensuring we had everything for our stay👏 Ben & Jerry's ice cream and goodies he left us were excellent and a welcoming touch .🥰

Excellent 4 bed cottage

Contacted the owner a few days before arrival and provided combination lock number for the house key. House was clean and all mod cons available. Back garden catches the sun all day and although next to the main A road to Falkirk was very quiet. Location is on it's own and about a 20 minute walk to the nearest pub. All good. Would recommend if your visiting the area. We were 4 lads on a motorbike trip and welcomed the off road round the back of the property parking for the bikes.

Can't think of anything I would improve. Not much on the walls by way of pictures etc. so does look a little clinical / un lived in. But no biggie

The property was very clean and well laid out for groups. The large dining table accommodated everyone with ease ,the hot tub was a good size and the summer house was a nice touch with the pool table and darts plenty to keep everyone entertained.
