Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The room service manager, Mr. Indrajith was very helpful all the time and made sure my room was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent a big thank you to all.

No complaints about the food . But after calling them before I went for breakfast, I had to wait 15 minutes which disappointed me.

Room size was average but nice and clean.

Noise from the vehicles.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your property. As a loyal guest who has chosen your hotel for three previous stays, I was highly disappointed to witness a significant decline in your overall service and hygiene standards. Firstly, I submitted a request for a sea-view room at the time of booking to ensure a quiet environment away from the heavy traffic noise of Galle Road. Upon check-in, the reception staff confirmed that sea-view rooms were vacant, yet I was not accommodated. Secondly, the upkeep of the public areas was unacceptable. The furniture in the main reception lobby was uncleaned and had a noticeable, unpleasant odor, creating a poor first impression. Additionally, because of a late-evening flight, I requested a late check-out. Although rooms were available and this courtesy had been extended to me during two of my previous stays, it was flatly refused this time without valid justification. Finally, I noted that the breakfast standards have fallen considerably; the offerings were incredibly basic and lacked the quality I experienced during my past visits. I trusted your hotel based on my positive past experiences, but the lack of care during this stay was unacceptable. I hope you will look into these operational shortcomings to restore the hotel's former standards.
