    We reserved a triple deluxe room through Agoda and checked in around 4 PM. However, they provided us with a double room instead of the triple room we booked. We requested a change, and the staff agreed to provide a triple room within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it took them over an hour to prepare the triple room after multiple follow-ups. To make matters worse, we had to move our luggage twice by ourselves through the staircase due to their mistake, and the staff neither assisted us nor offered an apology. The room cleanliness was absolutely terrible! The hotel was shockingly unhygienic. A very disappointing experience overall.

    Despite booking a pre-paid room, I had to convince a non-English-speaking security guard to let me into the room instead of demanding cash payment one and a half times their rate. In the room, I found partially used soap. The room was not fully cleaned. Loud music played all night. I can't even recall anything good about it.

    Rooms are very dull, standard , very bright , non ac rooms get heated due to wide glass windows beaming sunlight inside room making it an oven with a bed in it, shades are old and not much of use. Booked through Agoda or any online, they don't recognise it, they give you standard room , and make you ask them to upgrade to Deluxe room ( same as standard room, only better working AC) but have to pay more. Walls are very thin ,neighbouring room action can be heard easily, a night club is very close by so loud music till 3:00-4:00 in the morning
