Location was great as a central hub for exploring Vienna. Facilities were really good.

Maybe a dryer would be helpful.

Apartment size was good. Overall it was clean and easy to get in and out.

Short supply of towels, No fan or AC in the room although there was one in the living room but at night it stopped working and help was not available after 10 pm. Staff generally did their best otherwise to respond timely.

The place was quite large and decently located (about 20 minutes to the city center by public transport). The ease of entering the apart is great (when it works). The place was clean and had great utilities. No keys, all electronic. This makes it so you dont have to figure out where your keys are all the time.

Before arrival I received instructions and a code. When I arrived, there were wifi issues which meant that I could not enter my room because the system was down. I tried calling the company but there was no answer, when I was supposed to get connected, they disconnected the line. Sent a message through booking.com. Waited for 30 minutes before I got an answer, quite annoying after a long journey. They also took a deposit for damages (€500) which was not announced in the booking page itself, only after.
